Struggling with this a lot as a neurodiverse person. Bringing the same message in a different manner depending on the audience is truly difficult and I suffer from the results. It’s a constant battle between: why can’t I (or my meesage) be hear given my style isn’t yours?

@RexChapman Being your "authentic" self does not mean that you do not edit yourself. Authenticity does not = license to do WTF you want to do or say whatever you want. Authenticity is a concept that drives us to express who we are at our core. Sometimes its necessary that we edit ourselves
