We will be utilizing our own strategic resources such as the Tshwane Events Centre (Showgrounds) to the benefit of businesses and residents in the city. City of Tshwane

According to Statistics South Africa’s latest Quarterly Labour Force Survey, Tshwane created 71,000 of the 83,000 new jobs in Gauteng over the past year. That is 85 percent of all new provincial jobs. It is more than the combined job gains of Johannesburg, Ekurhuleni, and Cape Town. This growth is no accident. It reflects the early implementation of our Tshwane Economic Revitalisation Strategy, or TERS. This strategy provides a clear roadmap for investment and job creation. Through TERS, we are supporting industry, attracting private capital, and building a stronger foundation for inclusive growth. The inaugural Tshwane Investment Summit has added momentum. It secured R86 billion in investment pledges, far surpassing our R5 billion target. These pledges will help create jobs, unlock catalytic projects, and restore investor confidence in our Capital.
