Yeah, I think it was a big change because we had another deep talk after finishing the third series as well. And I think... this is what really changed us until now. 👤: What changed after that? 🐻: We tried to do something apart from work, you know. For the whole We Are series, we had been working for around three or four years, but we never went out together or hung out like that. 🐼: Yeah, we started treating our conversations on stage as if they were off stage. So we tried to, you know, when we’re on stage, doing interviews or whatever, we tried to get rid of the “mask”, that boundary. And I think that helped a lot. So we couldn't get close to the cars ahead. Soso ultimately, I think process-wise we can improve and then set up the direction that we took was wrong. 🐨: When we all got together, we were like, so what is something that’s really us? We thought about that a lot, and we wanted to show where we started, I think. 🐨: All seven of us are also, all Korean, too, and we thought it would be good if something symbolizing Korea could be included together, and while thinking that, we ended up, uh, bringing up the keyword, uh, “Arirang.” 🐨: “Arirang,” of course, is kind of… honestly, everyone interprets it differently, since the lyrics are abstract. I think it’s a story about this lingering feeling, longing, and love. That’s what I think. 🐨: I think that’s something I actually thought about a lot while I was in the military. You end up thinking a lot about the past, You miss everything. Something. 🐨: I miss civilian life, I miss ARMY, and I really miss the BTS members, and I miss the past. So, also now, since “Arirang” contains all the joys, angers, sorrows, and pleasures of life together, that kind of emotion felt like it could, in this album of ours. 🐨: As we’re putting out an album for the first time in a while, well, encompass our—what we’ve been through so far, the joys, angers, sorrows, and pleasures, and really tie together the music like that. 🐿️: But the thing that’s truly the most like us, that feels like our roots, and that we could show clearly in that way, I think that was “Arirang.” 🐰: Something that can tie it together— some kind of— 🐿️: Uh, I listened and I was like, oh, kind of like that. 🐨: We sang “Arirang” ten years ago, and at KCON Paris. 🐰: I saw that stage, on the channel. 🐿️: Wait a second, do you remember this? Changmin is so real for that! 🍒 : at first, i really worried a lot [about our git it up stage]. since suho hyung also likes band music and also plays the guitar during his solo activities, we thought of doing something like that [band-style stage] but since this was supposed to be something we were showing as EXO, and EXO is all about performance, so we decided to do a performance stage! it was a really challenging stage. fortunately, people really loved it! 🦌 : and if you think about this EXO promotion.. honestly, i think the real starting point of it all was that stage from you two!

PONDPHUWIN DEAR MYSELF #DearMyselfxPondPhuwin // how does its fulfill or make u grow in work relationship by working together (MAT) this time? 🐻 Actually both of us didn't work together in series work over a year. I remember that time finish WA, we weren't as close then as we are now. 🐼 Which actually that time we hv became closer too 🐻 It was during a deep talked at level... where we walked and talked... later might hv in here (*the album). I'm not sure if I bring that pict or not. At first hv many pict but... it was the time where we deep talked by walking around the garden right? 🐼 Yes 🐻 For 2hours. Walking around the garden when shooting. It was the time where we were waiting for set/scene changing where we were not included. Which that time it was another feeling. After a year, eo separately went to grew up. Phuwin himself played in Taste, and me went to shoot LeapDay series. Its like separately working where we didn't play as a pair. Till comeback to met this time, admitted that we hv become more closer. I thought to myself that when ppl become more closer, will we burst out laughing? Bc normally when shoot a series, it just a work. It will be feel like we both don't really know eo personalities well yet. So when we play, it didnt hv humor feeling that much. But for today when we played series and we know eo better, I was worried bc the series is funny. Will I burst out, smtg like this. But during the shooting, I'm so happy for this series 🎤 Then for Phuwin? 🐼 I'm very glad that we get to break for almost over a year. And by taking a break over a year, eo hv went to level up the acting skill and many other skills. And when we get to met again, it make me feel that working together hv become much more smooth. Bc we hven't met for so long, it make we want to do it. And both sides hv gotten better in our own field. And it make everything much easier

🐈‍⬛: During I-LAND filming, I stayed awake for 30 hours 💔 🐧: That’s because we had to record. We had to do the stage performances, get our hair and makeup fixed, deal with eliminations, then change outfits again and re-record the stage 🐈: That was really cruel. Because the eliminated members knew they were eliminated, but still had to perform on stage again. 🐧: That was so painful… and after that we even had to do interviews. 🐈‍⬛: Right, right. 🐈: From Part 2, that’s how it was. So when there were eliminations in Part 2, we were like, “No way, that can’t be…” saying that to each other but then we realized, “Ah… so this is how it’s done…” 😔💔💔💔

NRG Strong on the lessons they can take away from their loss to Paper Rex: "I would say the major lesson we probably had was the importance of setting up the players for success. I don't think we did as well as we could today. Maybe there's one or two things we could have done better. I think the major lesson, to be fair, is that our fundamentals are strong. We didn't play badly at all today. But because of how we are as a team, it can always come down to very tight margins. We're a team that doesn't generally blow teams out. We're a team that is so, so good at grinding out rounds and doing that sort of stuff. So I think the big lesson is: we're good, our fundamentals are good, we just have to be tight, and we just can't let anything for error slip in. There are lessons to be taken from this. This wasn't a bad loss. You get bad losses sometimes. It didn't feel like, 'Oh, we don't know what went wrong.' No, we know what went wrong. It's one or two small things, and it's things that we can adapt to, and it's things that will be better under different circumstances, and things that we can make the circumstances better for as well. So yeah, I think that would be the big lesson. We just have to be tight in these circumstances and there's no room for error on our end. That's a big, big, big thing."

🐰 do you remember that time? i think it was around when we were about to debut. we were practicing late at night, from like 9 pm until 3 am and we kept hearing strange noises outside. back then even as trainees, we already had some fans who liked us, so people would sneak around, open the door a little, and peek in. 🐰 but since we weren’t supposed to be revealed yet, we thought, “what is that? did fan come in again?” and if we went out, it might cause problem, so our dance teacher went out to check. then the teacher suddenly came back in saying, “omg, what was that, what was that?” looking scared we asked, “why? what happened?” and they said it was too scary so we went to check. 🐰 on the stairs, there were albums of another artist, and each one had an x mark on it, placed step by step along the staircase. 🐱it looked like some kind of curse ritual or something. 🐰when we saw it, we got chills right away. but we were so scared we couldn’t even think to clean it up, so we all just went back inside, completely shaken like “what do we do now?” what did we end up doing? i don’t even remember. 🐰that’s as much as i can recall. i just remember the chills from back then. it was right when we were about to be revealed, too. it was really scary. 🐰the albums were placed neatly on each stair, one by one, all with x marks on them. there were a lot of scary moments like that.
