YOU are a fake RE fan and it shows. leon is the one that says to claire to go and find her brother, she did and then she came right back to sherry. sherry sees claire as her mother and claire never stopped visiting her.

Also they chose Leon as the 2nd protagonist bc he is the ONLY one involved in the RC incident that holds himself PERSONALLY responsible for failing to protect the people that died there. That's why the game is titled "Requiem" 😭

Have you not played RE6? It literally says in game that Claire would visit her constantly when she was in custody and was one of the few people who had clearance to see her. A card in TEPPEN shows her still visiting Sherry after she became an agent maintaining their close bond.

The RE2 slide is Leon telling Claire to go after her brother and she does so with reluctance. The ENG translation is a little off. Naturally RE6 is what crystallized the Leon-Sherry connection but it's simply wrong to imply she abandoned them. RE6 makes that clear too.

In RE6, Sherry literally said that Clair saved her life and that she and Leon are her newfound family. You've obviously never played RE6.

Then who the hell does Leon have chemistry with? Ada? The chick who sidelined Leon multiple times to get samples that could destroy the world? That chick? Leon and Claire makes THE most sense if its going to be anyone from the games.

This is a weird take, Claire stayed in Sherry’s life once she returned with Chris post-CV. You can’t argue she spent the most time with her or has the strongest ties. She only had “bad chemistry” with Leon in Infinite Darkness which most consider poorly written anyway 💀

I don't get the point of citing OG3 stuff for a game that clearly only follows the remakes, especially when you're going to also ignore stuff from titles like 6 which assert that Claire was the primary guardian for Sherry from 1999 onwards.

Pretty ballsy to complain about fans not having "emotional intelligence" when youre sitting there misremembering story and character relationships. Sherry loves and respects both Leon AND Claire. End of story. No need to push Claire as having "abandoned" anyone.
