Why is it that when it comes to the right, the police will violently move them out the way and arrest, prosecute and jail anyone who fights back. Yet when it comes to the left, the police are terrified to use force against them let alone arrest them.

It is not solely the unlawful arrest that is so alarming. It is police believing they can act with impunity. Listen to the casual arrest threat levelled at a member of the public who questions the legitimacy of their actions. This is authoritarianism. Dangerous times.
