We can talk about governments, financial systems, propaganda, gold, silver and preparedness — but ultimately there is something even more fundamental. Fear. Fear makes people easier to control So I asked Ivor: how do ordinary people stop being afraid? How do we see through the smoke and mirrors, think independently and become more confident in our own judgement? His answer goes right back to the individual. Understand how your own mind works. Develop self-control and self-awareness. That creates greater awareness of what's happening around you — and ultimately gives you the confidence to influence others.
