@NFL Must be nice! I just got a packages delivered a day late (weather when there wasn’t bad weather) and left on the uncovered steps to my covered porch! I’m traveling and NOW it’s supposed to rain! Called and was told “sorry nothing we can do”. Thanks FedEx.

Today is the last day I used FedEx. I sent an email to [email protected] asking some specific information about how to fill out the form because neither the form nor the excel spreadsheet can answer the questions I have. The response from FedEx did not answer the question. I sure do not have the time or money to waste on lost FedEx deliveries. I am DONE with FedEx.

@NFL Just checked with Grok and UPS beats FedEx on every point, more reliable delivery, fewer damage complaints, etc. This mirrors the poor experience I've had. I've notified all my suppliers that I will no longer purchase from them unless they have an alternative to FedEx.

What in the actual hell is wrong with some of your delivery hubs and drivers?! A package that was supposed to be delivered the 5th...fine, the 7th because of weather. Then delayed to today...and now a BS exception?! Trash.
