BPC-157 is legit I'd even call it the most useful peptide on the planet Why? It can enhance healing in EVERY part of the body: - Gut - Cardiovascular System - Brain (including TBI) - Spinal Cord - Muscle - Bones - Ligaments - Tendons - Achilles You name it, BPC can heal it

In my case, BPC was the ONLY tool to fully heal my "leaky gut" 1 week in at 1000mcg/day, I started to notice benefit Less bloating, fatigue, & brain fog After 4 weeks, I considerably better After 6 weeks: 100% I use this

But this isn't a random lucky experience According to researchers: "No other single agent has portrayed a similar array of effects” in repairing the gut Very useful for: - IBS - IBD - Crohn's - Stomach Ulcers - Diverticulitis - Ulcerative Colitis

So how does it work? Most gurus will tell you BPC-157 enhances angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation) They're correct BPC does this via enhancing VEGF signaling (upregulates VEGFR2) This boosts blood flow to damaged parts of the body But this isn't the whole story...

BPC also: 2) Boosts growth hormone (GH) signaling by upregulating GH receptors 3) Increases fibroblast activity and thus the production of collagen (crucial for repair) 4) Helps replace Type III collagen fibers with the stronger & more durable Type I collagen fibers

4) Improves blood flow & blood pressure via enhancing endothelial nitric oxide 5) Exerts systemic antioxidant & anti-inflammatory effects These effects are seen even in hard-to-reach tissue and will rescue cells from death

6) BPC also modulates EGR-1 expression This gene is not only heavily involved in wound healing But also affects nearly EVERY factor in neuroplasticity - Neurotransmitter Transport/Release - Synaptic Architecture - Protein Metabolism

Long story short: BPC increases neuroplasticity & can help the brain return to homeostasis For example: BPC not only reduces the intoxicating & euphoric effects of drugs - Alcohol - Amphetamine - Opioids But also reduces the withdrawal & cravings after stopping them

BPC's homeostatic effect is also seen in animal studies where it: - Improves TBI - Improves spinal cord injury - Counteract serotonin syndrome - Reduce depression & anxiety Don't get me wrong, research here is still in the early stages Full thread on BPC in the brain soon

The best part about BPC is this: It's tolerated extremely well Nearly all animal & human studies report virtually no side effects In fact, researchers haven’t even been able to find a toxic dose (LD1)

The one hypothetical concern is that it will worsen the spread of existing cancers (via VEGF/angiogenesis) But the 1 available study says the exact opposite (see image) This is a prime example of BPC being a modulatory/homeostatic peptide Would still avoid if I had cancer

REMINDER: BPC will lessen the effects of most drugs This applies to Adderall especially Use BPC with caution if you are prone to anhedonia or you are a heavily dependent on amphetamine stimulants This is really the only group that ever has problems with BPC

DOSING Unlike most peptides, BPC-157 can be taken orally And will remain stable in gastric juice for hours I'd use 1000mcg/day of BPC-157 Acetate until you're healed (8 weeks max) Oral is best for gut, but it will also work systemically I use this

If you’re using BPC-157 to heal a severe injury related to muscle, tendons, bones, etc You may want to inject (subQ) closer to the site of injury (work with a practitioner) 300-500mcg/day injected subcutaneously until healed Don't use longer than 4 weeks

You can get the injectable version for research purposes below - Made in USA - 3rd party lab-tested for quality - 15% off code is nootbro

For injuries outside of the gut, pair BPC with TB-500 It's BPC's right-hand man and works synergistically (via the actin & VEGF pathways) 2mg 2x/week (subQ) for 4 weeks Limitless also has this for research purposes

BPC-157 and TB-500 are two of the most talked-about peptides in fitness, bodybuilding, and biohacking. Together they’re often called the “Wolverine Stack” — a peptide combination rumored to dramatically accelerate healing of tendons, ligaments, muscles, and injuries. But do BPC-157 and TB-500 actually work in humans, or is the Wolverine Stack just another example of internet bro-science? In this evidence-based deep dive, Dr. Alex Tatem (board-certified urologist and men’s health specialist) breaks down the real science behind BPC-157 and TB-500 — including their biochemical mechanisms, animal research, potential healing effects, safety concerns, and why pharmaceutical companies have never brought these peptides through full FDA clinical trials. We explore the nitric oxide signaling, angiogenesis, VEGF pathways, actin regulation, and tissue repair biology behind these compounds and explain why rodent studies look promising — but why human clinical evidence is still extremely limited. You’ll also learn about: • What BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) actually is • TB-500 vs Thymosin Beta-4 explained • The origin of the Wolverine Stack peptide protocol • Peptides for tendon healing and ligament injuries • BPC-157 for gut healing and musculoskeletal repair • TB-500 and actin-mediated tissue regeneration • Why most peptide research comes from one Croatian research group • The patent law problem preventing pharmaceutical development • Real risks of grey-market peptide contamination • Why WADA bans BPC-157 and TB-500 in competitive athletes • Theoretical cancer risks related to angiogenesis • What the current scientific literature actually shows If you've ever searched: “Does BPC-157 work?” “What is TB-500?” “Peptides for healing injuries” “BPC-157 tendon repair” “Wolverine Stack peptides explained” — this video breaks down the science. The peptides may be promising. But promise and proof are not the same thing. Drop a comment below: Have you ever used BPC-157, TB-500, or other peptides? Joe Rogan takes BPC-157. Huberman takes BPC-157. The US Health Secretary called himself a “big fan” of peptides. Your doctor has never heard of it. BPC-157. 15 amino acids. Found in your own stomach juice. Rogan had elbow tendonitis nothing could fix. BPC-157 — gone in two weeks. Called it “Wolverine shit.” Huberman had chronic back pain from a herniated disc. Two injections. Years of pain — gone. He’s a Stanford neuroscientist. He doesn’t exaggerate. RFK Jr. uses peptides for his own injuries. The FDA is now reclassifying BPC-157 toward legal access. in studies: → REGREW severed nerves → REBUILT torn ligaments — oral worked → REATTACHED tendon to bone → 90% relief in 16 knee patients → REVERSED alcohol damage across 7 organs → HEALED bone defects comparable to grafts “doesn’t it cause cancer?” let me be clear: → in 30+ years of research — NOT ONE documented case of BPC-157 causing or promoting cancer. not one. → a 2018 study actually REDUCED tumor formation → the angiogenesis BPC triggers is REGULATED — it heals damaged tissue and stops. tumor growth uses different pathways entirely. but — if you have an active cancer diagnosis, don’t take it. not because the data shows harm. because it hasn’t been tested in cancer patients specifically. that decision belongs to your oncologist. not me. not a podcast. your oncologist. 30 years. zero lethal dose. zero cancer. used by the biggest names in health. your doctor won’t mention it. your stomach already makes it. I take it daily. source in the comments ↓
