For one, I wasn't aware that the huggingface url scheme keeps downloading the custom model every time, if this is the case, this is a bug, @AiVoiceTutor you should create a github issue and report it, the author is super quick with fixing bugs normally

I really recommend everyone to watch the FULL video, it's only 8 minutes long and it will be the best 8 minutes spent. You will learn A LOT!

Season the fish with salt, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. The wet batter I use 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup corn starch, 1 Tbsp paprika, and beer. I fry the fish at about 400F oil then the temp drops a lot when you put the fish in.

I have tested this with multiple audio files, and the transcription accuracy is close to 99%. If the audio is clear, you get 100% correct transcription. Even if the audio is really bad with a lot of noise, you still get around 95-96% accuracy. The code for this is available on GitHub. If you're interested, you can download and run it. You just need a Google API key.
