My main takeaway for this is the disgraceful amount of time it has taken them to finally admit what Hamas did on 7 October and even though they have finally done it they still are doing their best to protect Hamas. Shut the UN down.

A woman is looking into the camera and saying the women who were tortured, raped, and murdered are lying. Survivors have testified. Forensic evidence exists. The world saw the bodies. Denying sexual violence is not activism—it’s cruelty. It retraumatizes survivors, silences women, and tells every future rapist they can get away with it if the victims are Jews. Last year on International Women's Day, Lama Jamous the youngest Palestinian reporter in Gaza, sent us this video to translate while she was still in Gaza. Today, one year later, the message is still the same: Where's the solidarity with Palestinian women? Why are days that are meant to uplift and celebrate women never center women who are suffering under colonialist mindsets? Palestinian women are the backbone of Palestinian society and are the essential glue that holds Palestine together. Palestinian women are the reason why generations of Palestinians never forgot about Palestine. Palestinian women are the reason why literacy and education rates are so high among Palestinians everywhere including those in the diaspora. So instead of having days that simply act as placeholders, those who believe in liberation of both men and women should look upon the stories of women fighting occupation as inspiration to fight the systems that keep them oppressed. I do not understand, the US Government send to Israel billions in weapons, US military, invite #Netanyahu and then accused their former commanders of Gross Human Rights violations against #Palestinians in Occupied West Bank prior to October 7th. These Commanders have been promoted to senior position in the #Israeli Defense Forces and are now active in training #Israeli ground troops as well running operations in #Gaza. What about the ongoing #Genocide, violation of international Law, violation of Human rights, how about killing babies, women and innocent civilians???? How about #InvokeArticle6Genocideconvention ???? CNN #StopTheEthnicGenocide
