Just a week after making his U18s debut, Muawiya Ghanem has been named Player of the Tournament at this week’s U15 Premier League International Cup.🤯🏆 Last Saturday, Ghanem came on for the final 30 minutes against Everton U18s for his first appearance at U18 level, just a couple of months after turning 15. 🚨🔵Selling Pedro Neto to Manchester City just to create more playing time for Estêvão and Quenda sounded reasonable to me at first. Looking back, it's one of the worst football takes I've had in the last few days. Yes, Pedro Neto has his downsides. He can be frustrating in certain games and his decision-making isn't always perfect. But I think we've underestimated just how effective he has been for Chelsea especially coming off the bench, where he has repeatedly changed games with his directness and intensity. We're talking about a player who produced 20 goal contributions last season while also creating the joint-most big chances for Chelsea in the Premier League. How many of our current wingers have even produced half of that? He wasn't just our most productive winger he was arguably our most dependable. While others showed flashes of brilliance, battled inconsistency, or spent time on the treatment table, Neto kept turning up week after week. And then there's his work rate. Tracking back has never been an issue for Pedro Neto. He presses, recovers, sacrifices for the team, and can operate across multiple attacking positions. Add his Premier League experience to that, and you have a profile every top manager values. In today's market, if Pedro Neto played for almost any other Premier League club, they'd slap a £120 million price tag on him without hesitation. Would losing him hurt? Absolutely. The LIV Golf League has made major changes to the format of the Team Championship, including a preliminary round to be played on Wednesday between teams ranked 12 and 13 in the season long standings. There will also be no byes for top seeded teams. The losing team from the preliminary round will be fully eliminated and will take no further part in the competition. On Friday, there will be 6 quarter finals matches, where all 12 remaining teams will face off in head to head match play. The captains of the top seeded teams have the opportunity to choose their opponents as in previous years. The format is also the same, with 2 singles matches and 1 foursomes match, with 2 points needed to advance. On Saturday, all 12 teams will be divided into 2 brackets. The Championship Bracket, with the winning teams from Friday, and the Rankings Bracket, with the 6 teams who lost. Once again, seeded team captains can select who they play against and the format remains 2 singles matches and 1 foursomes. On Sunday, a champion will be decided and they revert back to the standard team format of the regular season, individual strokeplay with all 4 scores counting towards the team total. The 3 winning teams from the Championship Bracket will face off for the championship rings and the remaining 9 teams will play in their Rankings Brackets for minor places. Ripper GC, captained by Cam Smith will be looking to defend the title they won last season. The previous winners are Bryson DeChambeau’s Crushers GC and Dustin Johnson’s 4 Aces GC. The 2025 Team Championship will be held at The Cardinal at St John’s Resort in Michigan on August 20th-24th.

As college football coaches, due to our new annual college football schedule, there aren’t consecutive “Days Off” like we used to have in the past, thus the reason I’m taking advantage of these next few days off — starting today. Context: this is the first time the Atuaia family has been together as one unit since 2020 Covid Christmas. We got up this morning (11am😂) to ready ourselves for a FAMILY PHOTOSHOOT that hasn’t happened since 2017 due to 3 LDS missions, 3 job changes, 3 moves to 3 different states, and mostly the multiple excuses I’ve given NOT to be available for this event. After the Photoshoot, our kids wanted to go to Savage Fish in Millcreek for Pokē. My kids know a little about it, but we (Liz and I) have a Christmas story concerning the owners of Savage Fish. 16 years to the day, we were at BYU struggling financially as I was a full time graduate student and Liz a stay-at-home Mom with our 6 young kids to look after. Literally, every penny went to pay for our daily survival. On this day (23rd) these angels on earth came to our 2 bed/1 bath Wymount Terrace apartment to save Christmas for 6 little kids and 2 thankful parents. Today, as I watched each of my kids order their pokē bowl, the same who were blessed by the owners of Savage Fish years ago, I tugged at Liz’s sweater to reminder her of that day. She smiled and simply said “Tender mercies.” Right now, I’m typing this and drinking my kava while listening to all 7 of my kids, led by the oldest child in our family, putting together over a hundred “GIFT PACKAGES” to personally handout to less fortunate folks outside homeless shelters, multiple public parks, and other areas frequented by this demographic in Salt Lake City area. My kids, not prompted by me in anyway, have done this everywhere we’ve lived in the past: Charlottesville Virginia, Pullman Washington, and now Salt Lake City, Utah. We have been the beneficiaries of other people’s kindness all our lives (including recently with a stranger saving my wife’s life—a stranger we have not found yet), paying it forward is simply just the right thing to do. If we have any juice left tonight, we’ll likely do our annual Christmas Song for the online masses. Or, we’ll just mixx as a family and enjoy laughing like crazy. Either way, it’s been an awesome day.

Ever heard the expression “shit rolls downhill”? Well we hit the bottom of the hill this week. Jobs were stacked way too tight on the schedule. Our operators were running 7 days a week, not finishing a job, and moving on to the next one with plans to return. Their hours were getting out of control too. Hitting 75 hours per week each. A surefire way to reach burnout. They’d be rushed to get to the next job, set a task to return to the last one, and move all the equipment over to the new one. This meant cash flow came to a screeching halt while expenses shot to the moon. Returning to a job to finish means a minimum of $500 in costs just to bring the equipment there and back. An unnecessary expense had we just took the time to finish properly in the first place. I’ve been nose deep in marketing and sales while this was happening and trusted that the production process was working. It wasn’t. They finally reached out and asked for help... at 8pm. We had 4 jobs set to start the next day and one of the trailers broke an axle. Rescheduling over 50 jobs is no easy task, and one they were all avoiding that created the problem in the first place. It’s difficult to tuck your tail between your legs and let a customer know their job needs to be pushed back up to 30 days. So I set into triage mode. Called each customer personally that was set to start the next day and let them know what was going on and what we needed to do. I then laid out every job on the schedule and set about not only fixing the current problem, but making sure it didn’t happen in the future. I wiped the jobs off the rest of the week so the team could go finish the jobs we left open ended and finish them properly. I then cleared every job off Fridays and weekends. This prevents burnout, overtime, and gives us 3 days a week to absorb rainouts, equipment issues, and job delays. This pushed the schedule 2 months further out, so I had to do the part everyone dreaded. Alerting the customers of their new start date. I reached out individually to each one to let them know. Fortunately, our customers are incredible and were very understanding. Nobody cancelled their job. Our operators have room to breathe, our quality can stay top notch, our cash flow returns, and the bandaid is ripped off. Now let’s get to work damnit!

My today's speech on China "the three province of Jiming" conference to motivate Chinese pioneers to attend Oct. 13th, big Conference. 🔥🔥🔥 Dear GCV Ambassadors and Pioneers of the Three Provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan in China, I am currently in Toronto, Canada greeting all of you. I am very pleased to see a total of 14 GCV Ambassadors from the three provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan at national, provincial, and municipal levels gathered at the scenic spot of the three provinces of Jiming . This location holds historical significance as it was a milestone place after the Red Army's Long March and marks a new starting point on the Long March route. Today, GCV Ambassadors and Pioneers from Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan Provinces are here to help promote Oct. 13th, Chininese Community Open Mainnet Ecological Conference, which is a historic turning point for the Pi Network community in China. I believe that this conference is also a new starting point for China community to lead the global community. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Liang Shi, the Chief Ambassador of China, Mr. Daniel, the commander-in-chief of the conference, and all the organizing committee members and pioneer volunteers who participated in the conference. Hi everyone, this week I finally received the new ANyONe Relay! ANyONe Protocol is an interesting DePIN focused on building a more decentralized internet and making our privacy more secure 💯 I'm still waiting to release a video because the new Dashboard isn't active yet but for those interested the most important points that I want to highlight are these: 1) The #Miner is Plug&Play so easy to install, just follow the initial steps and you're fine, once installed you don't have to do anything else. 2) There is no limit for IP but if for example you put 2 Relays in the same #IP it isn't certain that you will have double rewards, because they basically do the same job, to get more rewards it's better to use different IPs. 3) To make the Relay operational it's necessary to open port 9001 in your Modem. Without this operation the #mining will basically not start, so make sure you have a modem or connection that can open the ports. ANyONe Protocol is an interesting DePIN focused on building a more decentralized internet and making our privacy more secure 💯 I'm still waiting to release a video because the new Dashboard isn't active yet but for those interested the most important points that I want to highlight are these: 1) The #Miner is Plug&Play so easy to install, just follow the initial steps and you're fine, once installed you don't have to do anything else. 2) There is no limit for IP but if for example you put 2 Relays in the same #IP it isn't certain that you will have double rewards, because they basically do the same job, to get more rewards it's better to use different IPs. 3) To make the Relay operational it's necessary to open port 9001 in your Modem. Without this operation the #mining will basically not start, so make sure you have a modem or connection that can open the ports. Whether you are a random person on X or Elon Musk, I urge you all to please read this post and stop using videos like this one to claim that Biden has an "open border policy": #1) The people in this video are already on American soil. The agents have a few options here. Detain them behind the razor wire or detain them in front of it, let the children cut themselves on razor wire or make sure they don't get cut. #2) In May President Biden issued an "asylum ban" which barred migrants from applying for humanitarian protection if they cross the border against the law or fail to first apply for safe harbor while crossing through another country on the way to the U.S. The US COURTS OVERTURNED IT. Biden also requested $3.5B for more border patrol agents and judges and lawyers. Republicans refused. #3) Let me explain to you all why the people in this video can't simply be put on a truck and driven back into Mexico and dropped off: a - They have a right to due process according to our Constitution. b - There are international laws indicating that we can't just drop people off from Honduras or Cuba or any other nation into Mexico. What if one of these people claimed they were from Canada? Should we drop them in Canada? c - How do we immediately prove that a person is not an American, or an Italian, or a Brazilian if they claim they are? Stop pretending that Biden isn't doing anything. Stop pretending that the immigration problem is simple. Stop pretending that this has not been a problem for decades. Understand that the surge of migrants isn't the fault of Biden but actually global geopolitical upheaval in Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela and other nations.
