@naval only read a nonfiction book front to back if the first 4 chapters really speak to you otherwise skim way to much knowledge to force yourself through some dull shit for the sake of checking a box on Goodreads

@naval I absolutely loved to hear that. Takes away the guilt of not finishing every inch of a book just to say (to myself, really) I read it.

@naval I agree with his points. Personally I only drop a book if I think it's just so absolutely terrible it's not worth finishing. I like to get my repetition by learning the same thing from different books / authors Like I've probably learned one concept over in 3 programming books
