The Constitution was written to protect AMERICANS—not to guarantee the rest of the world access to American rights, resources, and prosperity. In 1776 there was 1 Constitutional Republic in the world, 2-7 Republics - most of which were small aristocracies, 1 Constitution, England had a Bill of Rights, and a few other countries with decent legal frameworks. Today there are 159 Republics in the world, over 190 of them have Constitutions, & over 190 have a Bill Of Rights. This is the result of 1776, which not only lit the fire of liberty in the hearts of Americans, but in people all over the world - a world which eagerly followed America. There is an agenda to separate the American nation from its roots, and those in power are doing that by teaching school children that the founding fathers were “oppressors,” but with historical context, it is undeniable that in reality, they were the greatest champions of liberty in human history. Also shout out to the Iroquois, and the great law of peace - which served as a constitution, but was not written down.

But today? Too many courts act like lawmakers instead of judges. The Founders never gave judges authority to rewrite law, redefine rights, or govern by activism. Their duty was simple: Apply the Constitution as written. When judges substitute ideology for the supreme law, they exceed delegated authority and liberty suffers. This isn’t about Republican vs. Democrat. It’s about whether America still follows the Constitution at all. If courts can redefine the Constitution based on politics, then the Constitution becomes meaningless. Americans must understand: Judicial restraint preserves liberty. Judicial activism destroys it.
