The US Constitution states that somebody cannot run for a third term as president. But it doesn’t say he can’t be a third term president. That’s the loophole they are looking to exploit.

Zelensky didn’t suspend the Ukraine Constitution. It’s stated that when at war, Elections will not be held. Trump suspending the Constitution would nullify his job as President, as the writing of the American Constitution is what grants the President their powers

Zelensky did not suspend the Constitution. Ukraine is under martial law since Russia’s full-scale invasion. Ukrainian law (pre-dating Zelensky) explicitly bans elections and referendums during martial law. The Constitution extends the terms of parliament and the president until martial law ends and new elections can be held. This is automatic under the law — not a personal power grab.

Wrong on both counts. Constitution clearly states you can’t be elected VP if you’re not eligible to be president and there’s no clause in the constitution to suspend elections in a time of war or martial law like what’s dictated in the Ukrainian constitution.
