The US led coalition will reposition itself in Rojava & the AANES. It’s a partial withdrawal, some bases will be abandoned and at other places they will build new bases. Equipment being withdrawn from the Conoco base in Deirezzor and the base in Raqqah does not imply that the coalition will fully end their presence there and it does not imply that these areas will be handed over to the Jolani led Syrian Government forces. Will the USA one day completely withdraw from Syria? Yes. Will areas within the AANES be handed over to the Syrian government? In theory, it already has been. But what you’re seeing right now and all of those clickbait-headlines are not evidence of it happening yet.
