I found the link & document referred to in the video. Initially, after visiting the original link ( - the page showed non-existent. Which means it either didn't exist (fake), or was removed... However, using the tool "Wayback machine" which archives old websites - I was able to find version of the same link from 2013 => As of now, the wayback machine works - but just in case that page disappears too - here are screenshots.

This opinion does NOT contain those words. Do your own research, I downloaded this opinion and while it talks about DNA v cDNA. The words ‘vaccinated’ or ‘transhuman’ are not in it. I don’t what this guy is reading, but I do know this opinion does not contain this language.

Here is the document he is referring to. Looks like a transcript of deliberations. I don't know what the outcome of this case was or if it set any significant precedent along the lines what he claims

Some countries have already started to address this
