The Cybercab is aiming to produce 2 million units per year. Let this sink in. Today, Tesla produces about ~1.7 million vehicles per year total, across its entire lineup. And now Tesla is preparing to outproduce that with one single vehicle, a fully autonomous one. This is Elon and Tesla going ALL-IN on autonomy. Production is scheduled to start April 2026 at Giga Texas, with volume ramping throughout the year. And as of early 2026, Cybercab prototypes are already being tested around the U.S. The Tesla Cybercab is built from the ground up for unsupervised autonomy. There is no steering wheel and no pedals, just cameras, AI, and Tesla’s custom inference computers. No lidar and radar like other companies, just pure vision and software. Elon put it best on the Q3 2024 earnings call: “It’s not just a revolutionary vehicle design, but a revolution in vehicle manufacturing that is also coming with the Cybercab.” That quote matters a lot bc that means the entire way a vehicle is manufactured is changing with the Cybercab. Tesla is designing what Elon calls “the machine that builds the machine.” The Cybercab uses Tesla’s unboxed manufacturing process, where major sections are built in parallel instead of one long assembly line. There are fewer parts, less steps & cost, and faster scale. That’s how you make 2 million Cybercabs per year possible. FYI, this is not going to be easy though. Elon has been brutally honest about production for many years: • “Prototypes are easy, production is hard.” • “The extreme difficulty of scaling production of new technology is poorly understood. It’s 1000% to 10,000% harder than making a few prototypes.” • “For cars, it’s maybe 100 times harder to design the manufacturing system than the car itself.” He reinforced this again in January 2026 when talking about Cybercab and Optimus on 𝕏: “Initial production is always very slow and follows an S-curve. The speed of the production ramp is inversely proportional to how many new parts and steps there are. For Cybercab and Optimus, almost everything is new, so the early production rate will be agonizingly slow - but eventually end up being insanely fast.” This is the key thing most people miss about Tesla manufacturing. Early output will be slow by design. Almost everything is new like the vehicle architecture, factory layout, AI hardware, and manufacturing flow. But once it works and clicks, it begins to scale hard. Tesla already proved they can do this. They survived Model 3 production hell. They turned Model Y into the BEST selling car in the world, of any kind. They ramped Cybertruck, which has over 30,000+ unique parts, to meaningful volume. Elon summed it up perfectly in 2024: “Compared to the insane pain of reaching high volume, positive margin production, prototypes are a piece of cake.” That’s why Tesla makes manufacturing look easy bc they already earned the scars from the last vehicle lineups. Advanced standoff weapons, such as the AGM-142 Have Nap “Popeye” enhanced with an imaging infrared seeker to enhance its accuracy against high-value targets, the Delilah cruise missile designed for suppression of enemy air defenses (SEAD) and precision strike missions, and the Rampage, a supersonic, long-range, air-to-ground assault missile suited to overcome air defense systems with its speed and low radar cross-section and designed to strike high-value, well-protected targets with precision—all of which can be launched from significant stand-off distances. Robust protection for these strategic assets is an integral component in the design and planning of such a mission, including the IAF’s logistics chain. Operationally, with a publicly disclosed total of 7 refueling 707s in the IAF’s Desert Giants Sqn 120, it can deploy 6 tanker packages of 2 707s in order to execute three waves of airstrikes four times per day, with an estimated average of six-hour intervals between each takeoff. Roughly speaking this breaks down to 90 minutes from base to near-border push point (ferry leg), 90 minutes of combat operations time including return to egress point (on-stage leg), 90 minutes RTB (return to base) including refueling assets en route, and 90 minutes refuel, maintain and rearm for the entire sortie package (reconstitution phase) at base. This equates to twelve strike packages delivered approximately every 2 hours around the clock for a virtually continuous presence at the push point, covering Imam Ali, Arak, Kermanshah, Isfahan and many other critical sites within Iranian territory. The F-15I Ra’am is highly modular in its fuel design possessing a combat radius of approximately 1,600 kilometers, and a much greater ferry range which can be extended through a menu of external and detachable fuel tanks, making it one of the most versatile long-range platforms in the IAF’s aviation fleet. Given its primary assignments in CAP and SEAD operations it can theoretically conduct the entire mission without any refueling or only partial refueling. Likewise the IAF’s heavily modified F-16I Sufa is equipped with conformal fuel tanks that can extend its range, increasing its fuel capacity compared to the baseline F-16 model by up to 7,700 kilos (17,000 lbs) of external fuel, contributing to an operational range of about 3,220 km (2,000 miles). Therefore, it too adds limited burden to the IAF’s refueling logistics. Assuming 7 minute refueling time for each IAF F-35I, two tankers can refuel 10-12 F-35I strike packages in 35-40 minutes en route to push point and again en route to base from rendezvous point post-on-stage. No additional time is required for these refueling operations as they may be seamlessly integrated into the ferry and RTB legs of the mission. Altogether, the IAF can hit somewhere in the ball park of 120-130 sites a day, severely damaging the IRGC-AF’s defensive and offensive capabilities within 72 hours. After three days, the IAF could theoretically strike about 450 sites. For heavily fortified targets with deep burial depths, requiring deeper penetration, the GB 31 (A2K) with BLU 137/B deep penetration warheads are suitable for the F-35Is and the GBU 72 (A5K) with BLU 138 deep penetration warheads can be deployed by the F-15I Ra’ams once sufficient SEAD ops are completed and closer to the borders of western Iran. Weaponeering, shuffling assets to suit allocation needs, and the overall designing of sortie package inventories, including formulating the necessary logistics, is an immensely complex challenge managed by highly trained personnel and assisted by advanced systems in what can only be likened to a dark opera of destructive power. Whatever the challenges, one thing remains certain. Israel always finds a way to defy gravity, alter realities on the ground (and in the air) and take the region by storm. As long as the IRGC-AF maintains its offensive missile capabilities it is liable to heavily target Israel’s airbases, critical military installations and civilian centers. Therefore, before Israel considers oil, nuclear, or any other strategic assets, it will need to knock the front teeth out this snake when it strikes. Israel might front-load its first strike to meet these objectives, coordinating all 3 waves in rapid succession shaped by Jericho II and III strikes tightly preceded by cyber, electronic warfare and internal sabotage operations. The IAF’s first strike will likely be designed to leave the IRGC-AF reeling and off-balance long enough for its fleet to reconstitute and launch the next set of waves. These are likely to then settle into a steady pace for at least 72 hours given the volume, geographic and strategic depth of their missile program. Despite the desert setting, the tunnels are roughly 30 feet below grade, and in many areas, they’re fully submerged in groundwater, sand, clay, caliche, and water management, all part of the daily reality. Very powerful testimony by Lara Logan... We live in the age of information warfare, where propaganda is not simply a weapon, it is the entire field of battle. This is a war for our minds that is aided by advanced technology, and we have never been here not in all of human history. In fact, there were many so called journalists who were leading the charge against Tucker, accusing him of treason for the simple fact of interviewing the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin. And to my knowledge, there was not a single legacy media institution that spoke up. This was more than a politically motivated attack on one man. It was a betrayal of the most sacred principles of a free press. And my media colleagues know this to be true no matter what they say. My fear is that they either no longer care or that they lack the moral courage to be honest, including with themselves. I have worked at the highest levels of the media as a full time correspondent for sixty minutes, chief foreign correspondent for CBS News, chief foreign affairs correspondent for for CBS News, that was my home for sixteen years. And as a journalist, I have sat down with world leaders, mass murderers, and terrorists. And I have held people on both sides of the aisle accountable. I have seen suffering and I have faced evil and I have walked through the fires of hell on distant battlefields. We are already witnessing another shaping operation to influence the outcome of the twenty twenty four election. This time with the false claim that if one side wins, it will be the end of democracy. This lie contrived to ensure a particular outcome and to sabotage free speech yet again. Overseas taxpayer funds from hardworking Americans are being doled out by contractors under the Office of Transition Initiatives at USAID or the State Department Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. These contractors, many of them ideological zealots who are not even US government officials, often make over a quarter million dollars a year and are outside the reach, senator, of yourself and committees like this. They hand out taxpayer dollars to programs that are shaped by highly partisan NGOs who hide behind terms like inter religious dialogue when in fact they are funding Muslim schools that train Islamic terrorists like they did in Malaysia. Another example is Humanist International. Through them, the state department is funding atheism grants that actively cultivate an atheist advocacy network in Nepal. This is not just to attack religion and manipulate foreign politics. It is an attack on free speech, faith, and God. While propaganda and censorship are not new, technology means unprecedented power and reach in the hands of a few. Companies like Facebook, Instagram, and Google, as you have heard many times today, have been allowed to amass monopoly power. And as a result, they not only reach billions of people across the world every second of the day, they have absolute control over what we see and what we hear. Imagine those tools in the hands of Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Hitler. When I became a journalist more than thirty five years ago, we won the emergency restrictions in apartheid South Africa, And I was 17 years old. Public safety and security were the weapons of state censors. Ours was the truth. We had no bill of rights, no constitution, no first amendment, no declaration of independence. And journalists would have to hide their footage from the security police, sometimes sewing the tapes into their mattresses at home so they could not be seized and used to identify and target the protesters that we'd filmed. The light of freedom that set fire to our hearts in South Africa was lit thousands of miles away. It was lit right here where we sit today in The United States Of America. When the founding fathers put freedom of speech first, it was not by chance, it was by design. The rights that followed were in part created to protect the first amendment. Without it, they knew that freedom itself would perish. I am reminded today of the words spoken by the British foreign secretary, sir Edward Grey, in 1914 at the beginning of the first world war. He said the lamps are going out all over Europe. We shall not see them lit again in our lifetime. We are once again watching the lights of freedom. They're going out here and all over the world. And it is up to us to determine if they will be led again ever.

While we were busy working on immediate short term, medium term and long term solutions to the recent flash flooding in some parts of Lagos, my attention was drawn to a simplistic suggestion by Mr. Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, an idea driven more by political correctness, cheap attention seeking, and the pursuit of relevance than by genuine problem-solving. Let me quickly highlight a few important considerations in addressing flood-related and other environmental challenges in a city of over 23 million people into the smallest state with just 3,577 square kilometers of land and 186km of coastline atlantic with residents from across the country, and each bringing different environmental and waste management practices. 1/16 Lagos is an aquatic city. Like Venice, Amsterdam/Rotterdam, Bangkok, and Jakarta, much of Lagos sits low and close to the sea. That means heavy rain + high tide can create short-term flooding, even when drains are working. 2/16 Lekki’s floods were a compound event: a fast, heavy downpour happened around the same time as a high tide. When the sea level is high, water can’t leave our drains as quickly. Streets then hold water for a few hours before it recedes. 3/16 For the purpose of enlightening you, this phenomenon is called “tide-locking.” Plainly: when the ocean or lagoon is high, it’s like trying to pour water uphill. Outfalls (where drains meet the lagoon) cannot empty fast, so water backs up. I hope you get that now!? 4/16 Different cities face different problems. Venice fights sea surges with movable gates; the Netherlands makes space for water on land and uses pumps; Bangkok stores stormwater in parks; Lagos’ main issue is heavy rain + high tide on very flat land. 5/16 The right solution to address these climate change-related flash flooding events in Lagos is a three-part approach which the state government is already implementing some: (1) Store water for a short time (water detention), (2) Move water through wider, clear channels, (3) Control backflow with one-way valves and, where needed, pumps. This refines the masterplan to address current climate realities. 6/16 What’s already in motion (2023–2025): maintenance of ~579 km of secondary collectors (693 sites) and ~309 km of primary channels; EFAG rapid-response teams have cleared ~444 km of drains; enforcement has restored 40.3 km of encroached channels; 218 new channels have been awarded for construction, adding ~1,500 km when completed; pumps are now being integrated where topography requires them; and early-warning measures include daily forecasts and water-level monitoring.  7/16 Why water detention matters: it is temporary storage—holding rainwater on a plot, in an estate lake, or a designed basin for a few hours so trunk drains aren’t overwhelmed. It is essentially “queueing” runoff so everything doesn’t arrive at once. 8/16 Why one-way “flap gates” help: they are valves at outfalls that let stormwater discharge to the lagoon but stop high tide from pushing water back into the system. 9/16 When gravity is not enough, we add pumps. In very low areas this creates a ‘polder-style’ cell: water collects in a controlled basin and is pumped out when tide permits.
