The Vande Bharat train collided with a buffalo on the tracks, causing the front portion of the train to break. 💔 Is this what happens to the Indian train that breaks down so easily😭

You were last person in that row when intelligence was distributed. Neither u know work of fascia, nor a crumple zone. Not your fault at all.

This is what happens what you do not get basic education . This is meant to break during collision. It's not made of iron like entire train, that's for aerodynamics 🤦‍♂️

The nose cone of Vande Bharat is made of fiberglass to reduce weight and air resistance, it's designed to break on impact to absorb shock. The real issue is not the train, but why cattle are roaming freely on high-speed tracks. Railways must ensure proper fencing.

“Front portion broke” 😂 That's a replaceable nose cone, not the train “breaking down.” It is literally designed to absorb the impact and be replaced. The vital components remained unaffected, and the train returned to service. Maybe learn the difference between a sacrificial nose cone and a failed train before diagnosing Indian Railways.

It's meant to break to let the animal live in case collision happens on track with least injury to the animal cow, wild animals, elephant.

A collision with an animal can cause damage, but this incident also raises serious questions about track safety. Why are animals still able to access railway tracks, and what steps can be taken to prevent such accidents? 🚆💔

More important than taking action after an accident is preventing such accidents from occurring. Strong fencing around railway tracks, regular monitoring, and identifying vulnerable areas should be implemented to prevent them in time.

Technically trains or anything that helps passengers commute / travel are not designed with hitting buffaloes in mind! Compare this with any train locomotive in the world and results post collision with even a stray dog or cat would be disastrous if the train is travelling at a decent speed. If you absolutely wanted a locomotive to survive a stray buffalo on track impact you’d have to go all the way back to steam locomotives that were super tough and would almost withstand anything.

It's meant to break down.

Seriously this post is a evidence that show how ignorant people spread fear and mis information. Any semi high-speed / high speed train around the world will give exactly same results when it collide with an animal of that size and weight.

That is the design feature. They made it like that on purpose

A buffalo collision can cause serious damage, but this also raises questions about track safety and why animals are able to enter railway tracks. Indian Railways should strengthen preventive measures to avoid such incidents. 🚆💔

That's absolutely correct. Simply compensating for the damage after an accident isn't enough; strong and permanent security measures are essential to prevent animals from entering railway tracks.

The front portion is called the collision buffer zone. Intentionally designed so it can crumble.

Sometimes i feel like there should be a common intelligence exam conducted before handing over the reigjt to post on social media That nose has been designed to break on collision so that other parts of train dont get harmed Just like your cars bumper

The nose panel coming off after an animal hit is worrying. Track fencing and animal control need far more attention.

There is a proper reason for this. I really don't have time to teach you material science and aerodynamics.

lol it’s designed to be like this, it’s like a crumple zone. Easily replaceable

Are you an engineer? Are you physics specialist ? These are collapsable fibre panels. Its job is to collapse and absorbe the impact force so damage does not effect main engine. You are just social media chapri who enjoys everything negative about Bharat.

abe bhootni.....ye crumble zone HOTA hai, iska kaam hi hai impact absorb karna, planes me bhi HOTA hai...tu SOJA jake...tera DIMAGI kaam nahi kar Raha hai.....

Didi, Vande Bharat ka front piece FRP ka crumple zone hai jaise car ka bumper toot jaata hai taaki aap zinda reh sako. Train ko tank nahi banana tha jo buffalo kha ke aage nikal jaaye. 2022 ka Gujarat wala video hai, har 6 mahine viral ho jaata hai. Buffalo track pe aane ka problem alag hai. Train tootna safety feature hai, manufacturing defect nahi.

Maam Kash aap thoda uske piche ka logic bhi ptaa karti know to the front of train is also made up of car bumper material. So if any collide happened it should not be that much fatal. Google kar lo Devi ji

The bigger concern is how buffaloes are getting onto railway tracks in the first place. Safety should come first.

Basics of Common Sense for morons. All vehicles have a crumple zone to protect passengers. You can whine and choose to travel in a Mercedes- the result will be same when a Buffalo hits (or worse). Stop maligning India.

Traditional Trains do not have Nose Cones Their Brake n Air Pressure Pipes Break usually & Loco with Train is done for until a Relief Loco gets back In most VB cases, the Nose Cone takes the impact & ensures the Vutals within are Safe Rails are for Trains Not Animals/Humans

This is why technical education should be mandatory. So that people under materials and basic physics. There’s a reason why all cars have plastic bumpers and crumple zones as mandated all over the world. That is to reduce the impact in case of a collision. Tum so jao didi.
