NASDAQ: $DVLT is dropping a HUGE announcement ! They just put out a release saying it signed $750 million in tokenization contracts in Q1 2026, with about $77 million in associated fees tied to banking, IP licensing, token minting, and related services. The company said this supports its $200 million full-year 2026 revenue guidance. (Datavault AI Inc.) What makes this more serious is the broader setup around the company. DVLT has publicly highlighted growing institutional ownership from firms including Vanguard, State Street, and BlackRock, and third-party ownership pages also show Morgan Stanley among reported holders. Datavault’s own March 2026 release said Vanguard had grown to about 11.8 million shares, State Street to about 10.0 million shares, and BlackRock to about 4.1 million shares, based on public filings. (Datavault AI Inc.) On the partnership side, the company has announced work involving IBM, CLEAR, and NYIAX. Datavault said it joined IBM Partner Plus in March 2025, with IBM watsonx tied to its AI-driven monetization stack, and later said IBM committed 20,000 hours of solution-architect and AI-engineering support, which Datavault valued at $5 million. Datavault also announced a CLEAR integration for KYC and identity verification, and described NYIAX as a platform built on the Nasdaq financial framework, with a later definitive agreement to acquire NYIAX announced in March 2026. (Datavault AI Inc.) So the point is not just that DVLT released a big number. The point is that the company is trying to build around that number with institutional visibility, identity/KYC infrastructure, IBM-backed AI tooling, and NYIAX technology that Datavault has explicitly tied to Nasdaq-linked market infrastructure. That does not guarantee success, but it does make this more than a random headline. (Datavault AI Inc.) Disclaimer: This is not financial advice. Stocks can lose value, and you can lose money. Banks Smash Record Trading Revenues as Global Volatility Ignites Q1 2026 Bonanza Wall Street’s biggest banks delivered a trading revenue explosion in the first quarter of 2026, powered by intense market volatility that sent client activity through the roof. JPMorgan Chase $JPM led the pack with a record $11.6 billion in markets revenue, up 20% year-over-year. Fixed-income, currencies and commodities (FICC) surged 21% to $7.1 billion, while equities trading climbed 17% to $4.5 billion. The bank’s overall profit hit $16.5 billion, or $5.94 per share, crushing estimates and marking its second-best quarter ever. Not to be outdone, Goldman Sachs $GS posted record equities trading revenue of $5.33 billion, up 27%, as hedge-fund prime brokerage and derivatives desks lit up amid wild swings. The firm’s markets business contributed to a 14% jump in total revenue to $17.23 billion and a 19% rise in profit to $5.63 billion. Citigroup $C wasn’t far behind. Its markets revenue soared 19% to $7.2 billion its highest quarterly haul in over a decade. FICC revenue climbed 13% to $5.2 billion on strong commodities, credit and currency flows, while equities trading exploded 39% to a record $2.1 billion. Bank of America $BAC saw sales and trading revenue rise 13% to $6.4 billion, with equities trading jumping 30% to $2.83 billion on heightened client hedging and positioning. Morgan Stanley capped the blowout with its own record quarter: total revenue hit $20.58 billion, up 16%, driven by a record $5.15 billion in equities trading, up 25%. Analysts had called for the largest banks to deliver around $18 billion in stock-trading revenue alone for the quarter. The numbers show Wall Street is on pace to smash that target, with combined trading revenues across the majors exceeding $40 billion. The driver was unmistakable: extreme volatility from geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, energy-price swings and anxious investor flows. Traders racked up gains facilitating hedges in commodities and currencies while capitalizing on rapid moves across rates, credit and equities. Jamie Dimon himself highlighted the “increasingly complex set of global economic risks” even as his bank’s trading desks delivered the goods. Surging client activity in commodities, credit, emerging markets and energy futures turned uncertainty into revenue for the desks. Fixed-income units thrived on credit and currency flows; equities desks saw strong prime brokerage and derivatives demand. For the first time in years, every major player reported double-digit gains in sales and trading. The numbers confirm, the big banks thrive in high volatility environments served on a gold platter by President Trump. Q1 2026 will go down as one of the strongest trading quarters on record, setting a high bar for the rest of the year as volatility shows no signs of fading.

Sam Altman just dropped the most insane business flex in tech history. OpenAI doing $13 BILLION in revenue this year. Projecting $100 BILLION by 2027. That's a 7.7X in revenue in 2 years. But they also just committed $1.4 TRILLION to infrastructure over 8 years. When a reporter asked "how the fuck are you paying for that?" Sam literally said: "We're doing WELL MORE revenue than reported. If you don't like it, I'll find someone to buy your shares." Then Satya Nadella (Microsoft CEO) just laughed. This is the most aggressive "fuck around and find out" energy I've ever seen from a CEO. OpenAI is literally spending 107X their current revenue on infrastructure. That's not a typo. ONE HUNDRED AND SEVEN TIMES Most cloud companies spend 15-30% of revenue on infrastructure. OpenAI? 10,700%. This is either: The biggest bet in tech history. OR The setup for the most catastrophic collapse since Theranos. And Sam's basically daring short-sellers to try him. "I would LOVE to see them get burned on that." Meanwhile they're losing $12 BILLION per quarter. Microsoft's latest earnings showed a $4 billion charge that implies OpenAI burned through $12B last quarter alone. But Sam doesn't care. He's doubling down. $300 billion deal with Oracle. $100 billion with Nvidia. Tens of billions more with AMD, Broadcom, and AWS. All while the company isn't even profitable. When the podcast host asked if OpenAI could hit $100 billion by 2028 or 2029... Sam cut him off and said: "How about '27?" This man is either: A) The next Elon Musk building the future. B) About to pull off the biggest financial implosion in tech history. There's literally no middle ground here. Either OpenAI becomes a trillion-dollar company. Or it goes down as the most expensive failure ever. And Sam's basically telling everyone who doubts him to short the stock so he can watch them burn...

Elon Musk's biggest competitor is secretly paying him $1.25 BILLION per month. SpaceX just revealed its financials for the first time in 23 years of existence. And buried deep in the S-1 is a detail that changes how you should think about the entire AI race. Anthropic, the company building Claude, the company that positions itself as OpenAI's biggest threat, the company valued at over $100 billion, is paying SpaceX $1.25 billion EVERY SINGLE MONTH for compute capacity through May 2029. That is $15 billion a year flowing directly from Elon's top AI competitor into Elon's bank account. Think about what that means: Every time Anthropic trains a new model, improves Claude, or lands an enterprise customer, a massive chunk of that revenue goes straight to the guy who owns the competing AI product. Anthropic is literally funding the war against itself. And that's just the beginning of what this filing reveals... The entire SpaceX IPO is structured around a bet most people haven't figured out yet. In 2025, SpaceX spent $20 billion in capex. 60% of that, roughly $12 billion, went to AI infrastructure. Rockets and satellites got the leftovers. In Q1 2026 alone, $7.7 billion out of $10 billion in total capex went to AI. The "rocket company" is spending like an AI company. Meanwhile, xAI, the division that houses Grok, generated $3.2 billion in revenue for the full year of 2025. But its R&D costs TRIPLED to $5 billion. It's burning cash at a pace that would have destroyed it as a standalone company. Which is exactly why Elon merged it into SpaceX two months before filing the IPO. And Starlink is the engine that makes the whole thing work: $11.4 billion in revenue, $4.4 billion in operating profit, and 10.3 million subscribers across 164 countries. It's one of the most profitable subscription businesses on the planet right now. But the average revenue per user DROPPED from $99 per month in 2023 to $66 per month in March 2026. Subscribers quadrupled but each one is paying a third less. Starlink is growing by getting cheaper. SpaceX has lost $37 BILLION since it was founded. Net loss in 2025 was $4.9 billion. This is a company that has never turned an annual profit in 23 years of operation, and it is about to IPO at a $1.75 trillion valuation. And the total addressable market SpaceX claims in the filing is $28.5 trillion. That is a QUARTER of global GDP. So here is what investors are actually buying when this IPO prices: They are buying the most profitable satellite internet business in history, stapled to an AI lab that is burning cash, wrapped inside a Mars colonization pitch that requires building a permanent city on another planet, funded by monthly billion-dollar payments from a direct competitor who has no other option for compute at that scale. This is the kind of thing only Elon could pull off.

🚨 SPACEX NEEDS TO GROW 600X TO JUSTIFY ITS IPO PRICE!! No company in the history of capitalism has ever come close to that. Current revenue: $18,700,000,000 Revenue needed by 2035: $1,100,000,000,000 That requires 50% annual growth every single year for a decade. Not one bad quarter, not one slowdown, not one miss. In 2035 alone SpaceX would need to add... JUST IMAGINE. $360,000,000,000 IN REVENUE. That's MORE than $NVDA added during its entire record-breaking year To put that in perspective: SpaceX would need to generate 2.4% of the ENTIRE US GDP by itself. More than whole industries produce combined. Now look at what they're actually working with: Current losses: $4,280,000,000 in Q1 2026 alone Total losses since founding: $41,300,000,000 Not a single profitable year on record Starlink is real, launches are real, the technology is real. But the valuation has nothing to do with. At $1,750,000,000,000 you're not buying a rocket company. You're buying a math problem that has never been solved in market history. Amazon at peak growth, Apple during its best decade, Google in its prime. None of them came anywhere near this growth requirement. The IPO is June 12. Insiders have been waiting years for this door to open. By November 93% of their shares are free to sell. Draw your own conclusions. This sounds SCARY, but I'll be tracking every move around this listing. I will post my moves here so my FOLLOWERS can SAVE their money. Follow me and turn NOTIFICATIONS ON, as I will share my strategy soon. Many will regret not following me earlier...

King $COIN's Calculated Moves As Q1 earnings season approaches, and with Coinbase 🛡️ reporting on May 2nd, we're excited to introduce one of our latest tools for Delphi subscribers: 🎉Coinbase Transaction Revenue Calculator🎉 In our deep dive - Coinbase: From Sleeping Giant To Industry Leader - we examined Coinbase’s overall business highlighting burgeoning new LOBs. Yet, underscored that transactional revenue continued to be the backbone of the overall business. Leveraging this insight, our revenue calculator forecasts & models Coinbase’s transaction revenues. By analyzing real-time transactional volume data, this tool lets you adjust variables like fees, revenue splits, and trading vol, transforming raw data into insightful fiscal projections. Prior to the Q4 2023 results, the efficacy of our calculator resulted in a forecast within +2.5% and +6.7% of the final reported Coinbase revenue. In contrast, conservative Wall Street estimates were off by -14% — demonstrating the edge of our calculator. Entering Q1 earnings season, the landscape is expected to shift. New revenue streams catalyze change: 🔷 Bitcoin ETFs - for the majority of which Coinbase acts as a custodian 🔷 Surging activity on the Base chain 🔷 Explosion of the Coinbase International Derivatives exchange Nevertheless, our analysis suggests that the traditional correlation between transaction volumes, fees, and revenue will likely persist - mirroring similar patterns observed in previous quarters. On top of this, Wall Street is still projecting out conservative estimations. Using the latest Q1 2024 data, our calculator projects transaction revenue of $1.06 billion for the quarter — significantly exceeding the Wall Street consensus estimates of $660.4 million. Reiterating our belief that Wall Street undervalues Coinbase's business. 🚨Disclaimer🚨 This tool is not intended as an all-knowing predictor of total revenues, but more of a pulse check on its largest driver, with the goal of more accurately gauging Coinbase’s metrics ahead of official announcements.

Microsoft just lost $357 billion in a single day... While Meta gained $170 billion. Both companies are spending over $100 billion on AI this year. One got punished. One got rewarded. The difference tells you everything about where this market is heading: Microsoft reported Wednesday. Beat on revenue. Beat on earnings. Revenue up 17%. EPS up 24%. But the stock dropped 10% - worst decline since March 2020. Why? Azure cloud growth came in at 39%. The Street wanted 39.4%. A miss of 0.4 percentage points erased a third of a trillion dollars. Meanwhile, capex jumped 89% year-over-year to $37.5B in a single quarter. CFO Amy Hood admitted two-thirds went to "short-lived assets" - GPUs that depreciate fast. And Microsoft also said they'll remain "capacity constrained through at least the end of our fiscal year." In other words: "We're spending $72B in six months and STILL can't build data centers fast enough." But that's not the real problem... The real problem is what's happening inside Microsoft's spending. They're not just building infrastructure for Azure customers. They're allocating scarce GPUs to their own products: M365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, internal R&D. Hood said they must "balance Azure revenue growth with growing needs across first-party apps and AI solutions." Microsoft is competing with its own cloud customers for compute capacity. If they'd allocated all new GPUs to Azure, growth would've exceeded 40%. Instead, they're betting their own AI products will generate more value than selling raw compute. That bet hasn't paid off yet. And 45% of their $625B backlog is tied to ONE customer: OpenAI. Now compare that to Meta: Revenue beat. Earnings beat. Guidance crushed expectations. And they announced $115-135B in AI capex for 2026 - nearly DOUBLE what they spent in 2025. The stock surged 10%. Why the opposite reaction? Meta is seeing immediate returns. Ad impressions up 18%. Average price per ad up 6%. Revenue up 24% year-over-year. Their AI investment is already showing up in the core business TODAY. Better ad targeting. Better recommendations. Better engagement. Q1 revenue guidance came in at $53.5-56.5B - Wall Street expected $51.4B. That's 30% revenue growth ACCELERATION. When you have 3.58B daily active users, AI improvements compound immediately. Zuckerberg called it a "major AI acceleration" and Wall Street didn't care about the $135B spending number. Because they can SEE the connection between spending and revenue. Here's what matters: The hyperscalers are now spending over $600B combined on AI infrastructure in 2026. AI assets depreciate at roughly 20% per year. The five hyperscalers face annual depreciation expenses approaching $400B - MORE than their combined profits in 2025. This is the biggest capital spending cycle in history. And we just entered Phase 3, where AI-enabled revenue models must finally prove their worth. The market stopped rewarding spending. It's rewarding RETURNS. Meta showed returns. Microsoft showed constraints and margin compression. That's why we saw a $527B swing between two companies reporting on the same day. My read: The easy money in the AI trade is over. From here, execution matters more than ambition. Companies that can turn infrastructure spending into measurable productivity gains get rewarded. Companies still building without clear payback get punished - even when they beat estimates. Microsoft isn't a bad company. It's a company that bet big on AI infrastructure and is now scrambling to show ROI before margins collapse further. Meta isn't necessarily a better AI company. It just has a business model where AI improvements translate directly to revenue growth. For investors, the lesson is clear: The AI infrastructure phase is maturing. Winners from here will be companies with clear paths from spending to earnings. Not companies asking you to trust the process while margins compress.

AMD might have disrupted Nvidia's entire cloud GPU rental business. In January at CES, AMD CEO Lisa Su demonstrated a $1,499 mini PC running the same class of AI model that currently costs companies $2,500 to $3,000 every month to rent from Nvidia-powered cloud servers. AMD's own branded version opened pre-orders this month at $3,999. Third party manufacturers have been selling the same chip since 2025 starting at $1,499. Here is exactly why this is dangerous for Nvidia. Nvidia's $75 billion quarterly revenue is built almost entirely on one business model, companies rent access to Nvidia GPUs through cloud providers like AWS and Lambda Labs to run AI. They pay monthly. Nvidia gets paid every time someone runs an AI model in the cloud. That recurring rental income is what turned Nvidia into a $5 trillion company. The AMD box eliminates that monthly fee permanently. One AI consultant switched from $2,800 per month in Nvidia cloud rental costs to $8 per month in electricity. The hardware paid for itself in 11 days. Over 8 months he generated $47,000 running the same AI workloads that previously left him paying Nvidia's ecosystem $2,800 every single month. Multiply that across thousands of enterprise customers and the revenue erosion becomes structural. Every business that buys this box stops paying cloud rental fees forever. Lawyers, doctors, banks, accountants, and financial advisors, businesses with sensitive data that cannot legally go to a cloud server represent billions in annual cloud GPU fees that Nvidia is now at risk of losing permanently. The threat is also closing in from the top. Google signed deals worth tens of billions with Anthropic and Meta to replace Nvidia with its own chips. Amazon built its own AI chips across AWS. Apple trained its AI on Google's chips, not Nvidia's. Custom silicon has grown from 21% of the AI chip market in 2025 to 28% in 2026. Nvidia's rental model only worked because serious AI compute had no alternative.

NAKED SHORT SELLING🚨 In early 2023, Genius Group $GNS saw a meteoric rise, with shares climbing from about $0.60 to over $7, a surge of roughly 1,067%. The move was driven by the company’s announcement that it had formed a task force to investigate alleged market manipulation, including naked short selling. To lead the effort, Genius hired former FBI Deputy Director Timothy Murphy in January 2023 and also declared a special dividend aimed at exposing trading irregularities. The aggressive stance against short selling captured retail traders’ attention and helped fuel the rally. Through 2024, Genius Group continued to build its case, gathering evidence and signaling that litigation was on the horizon. Now, in 2025, the company has announced that it is in the final stages of preparing a lawsuit alleging naked shorting and spoofing, with its attorneys stating the suit will be filed soon. At the same time, retail traders have reported that Fidelity and Robinhood blocked or restricted buy orders in GNS stock after the company’s legal updates. Adding to the controversy, SEC data show that the company’s fails-to-deliver totals in just the past three months have already surpassed the entire total for 2024, underscoring the scale of the trading pressure GNS claims it is facing. Let’s see what happens when the company files their lawsuit against the toxic bad actors and short sellers destroying many companies from left to right.
