Here's why the World Cup is actually POTS MARKET Market biggest moment. Every match carries dozens of predictable outcomes, not just who wins, but scorelines, goalscorers, red cards, halftime leads, VAR decisions. Traditional sportsbooks will process billions in bets. And keep most of it. Here is the problem with sportsbooks that nobody talks about: They set the odds. Not the market. Which means the house always has an edge baked in before you place a single bet. You're not trading against the market, you're trading against a company whose entire business model depends on you losing. That's not a prediction market. That's a casino with a football shirt on. Prediction markets are different. The odds aren't set by a company. They're set by the collective intelligence of everyone participating. When millions of people put real money behind their beliefs, the market finds truth faster than any analyst, pundit, or algorithm working alone. This is why prediction markets outperform polls, pundits, and press releases, every single time. Now here's where POTS Market changes the game entirely. POTS MONEY has a dedicated sports vertical, built specifically for football, basketball, and esports. Not a generic market with a football category tucked in the corner. A tailored module optimized for the way sports prediction actually works, short windows, live data, rapid settlement. 64 World Cup matches = 64 live prediction markets. Each one open, on-chain, transparent. But the real edge is not the markets themselves. It's the capital layer underneath them. On a traditional sportsbook, every bet locks your full stake. You place £100, that £100 is gone until settlement. POTS Money changes this. The DeFi lending primitive means you can collateralize positions and optimize capital across multiple markets simultaneously, without locking up dead capital on each one. That's not betting. That's portfolio management. And then there's the AI layer. Via MCP (Model Context Protocol), you can deploy autonomous trading agents that monitor live match data and execute positions based on your pre-set strategy. Imagine this: Agent monitors possession stats in real time Detects a momentum shift at the 60th minute Auto-places a position on the next goalscorer market before the crowd even reacts 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩'𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩'𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙙𝙜𝙚 Compare the two worlds side by side: Sportsbook: ❌ House sets the odds ❌ Geo-restricted ❌ Capital locked per bet ❌ No automation ❌ Withdraw only when they allow it POTS Market: ✅ Market sets the odds ✅ Open and on-chain ✅ Capital efficient via DeFi lending ✅ AI agents execute your strategy ✅ Fully collateralized, transparent settlement One of these is built for the next decade. The other is built for the last one. The timing is not a coincidence. POTS Market launches Q2 2026, right as World Cup fever peaks globally. Q1 2026 — MVP + Polymarket integration ✅ Q2 2026 — Market Launch + DeFi lending beta 👈 we are here Q3-Q4 2026 — Skill Hub + Sub-accounts 2027+ — DAO governance + cross-chain The infrastructure is ready exactly when the biggest prediction event on earth arrives. That's timing. The 2026 World Cup will mint the first generation of serious prediction market traders. Most will start on sportsbooks. The ones who do their research will end up on POTS. From trusting the house to trusting the market. From locked capital to capital efficiency. From punting to positioning. POTS MARKET POTS MONEY, the World Cup just became a DeFi event.

Great infrastructure is what underpins the technological trends that consumers/users end up experiencing in their daily lives, it will be the same for Web3. Web2 applications like Uber are a great example of how infrastructure has shaped Web2. This breakthrough ridesharing application wouldn’t have initially been possible without the infrastructure provided by Twilio APIs to message users, Google Maps to see location data, and payments APIs to pay drivers. The same story is now unfolding for Web3 applications enabled to come into existence by Chainlink. When Chainlink launched, DeFi had less value than what one application in DeFi holds today. With access to secure and reliable price data via Chainlink, DeFi grew to over $200 billion in just a few years; There is a clear pattern between the launch of oracle networks and the growth of advanced applications on a blockchain: Developers can’t build truly “smart” contract applications without the oracle infrastructure that Chainlink provides. As the Chainlink platform has expanded, I’ve been excited by the sheer amount of advanced features that developers are now able to put into their smart contracts by using Chainlink. It’s clear to me that giving Web3 developers reliable and extensive infrastructure is the best way to unlock the next leap forward for our industry and for the creation of a cryptographic truth-powered society. API and cross-chain connectivity through oracle advancements such as Chainlink Functions and CCIP represent additional new building blocks for the next wave of Web3 apps. CCIP is also something we are actively working with the capital markets/banking industry on adopting for enabling their systems to efficiently interact with hundreds of blockchains via a single integration. When Chainlink enables all the world’s systems to efficiently connect to multiple chains through a single, cryptographically-secured interface is when we will all see a large acceleration in the value that flows into our industry and the widespread adoption which that leads to. Thank you to Jacquelyn Melinek for hosting me on TechCrunch’s Chain reaction podcast, where I explore these concepts in more depth:

Hive Intelligence Launches Specialized Crypto Agents Hive Intelligence has released a suite of 17 specialized crypto agents that extend Claude Code's capabilities for professional crypto development and analysis. Extending Claude Code for Crypto Work Claude Code, Anthropic's command-line coding tool, now has access to specialized crypto intelligence through Hive's agent framework. These 17 agents work alongside SuperClaude's 14 base development agents, bringing the total available agent count to 31. The key difference: instead of generic AI responses to crypto queries, developers now have access to specialized agents trained for specific blockchain domains, from smart contract auditing to MEV research to DeFi strategy optimization. How the Agents Work After installation, the agents operate automatically based on query context. When you ask Claude Code to perform crypto-related tasks, the appropriate specialist agent is invoked: - "Audit this smart contract" → Crypto Security Researcher - "Find yield farming opportunities on Ethereum" → Crypto DeFi Strategist - "Analyze this wallet's transaction history" → Crypto Wallet Detective - "Identify arbitrage opportunities across DEXs" → Crypto DEX Arbitrageur No manual agent selection required. The system recognizes the task and routes it to the appropriate specialist. The 17 Specialized Agents Market & Trading Intelligence (4 agents) Crypto Quant: Mathematical models, algorithmic trading strategies, statistical arbitrage, and quantitative risk modeling. Crypto Market Researcher: Fundamental analysis, market trends, institutional adoption tracking, and regulatory landscape monitoring. Crypto Derivatives Trader: Futures and perpetuals analysis, options strategies, leverage management, and derivatives market intelligence. Crypto DEX Arbitrageur: Cross-exchange arbitrage identification, MEV strategy development, and automated profit extraction techniques. DeFi & Liquidity (4 agents) Crypto DeFi Strategist: Yield farming optimization, protocol analysis, liquidity provision strategies, and DeFi portfolio management. Crypto Liquidity Manager: Pool optimization, impermanent loss calculation and mitigation, market making strategies, and capital efficiency analysis. Crypto Governance Analyst: DAO structure evaluation, governance token analysis, proposal assessment, and voting mechanism research. Crypto Bridge Analyst: Cross-chain bridge security assessment, protocol comparison, interoperability solutions, and bridge risk evaluation. Security & Risk (3 agents) Crypto Security Researcher: Smart contract auditing, vulnerability detection, honeypot identification, and exploit pattern recognition. Crypto Security Engineer: Secure contract development practices, defensive programming patterns, and security implementation guidance. Crypto Risk Manager: Portfolio risk assessment, compliance monitoring, exposure analysis, and risk mitigation strategy development. On-Chain Analysis (3 agents) Crypto Wallet Detective: Blockchain forensics, wallet behavior analysis, transaction tracing, and entity identification across chains. Crypto On-chain Analyst: Transaction pattern analysis, wallet clustering, flow tracking, and on-chain metrics interpretation. Crypto MEV Researcher: MEV opportunity detection, flashloan arbitrage analysis, sandwich attack identification, and MEV protection strategies. Specialized Intelligence (3 agents) Crypto NFT Specialist: Collection valuation, rarity analysis, marketplace trends, and NFT ecosystem intelligence. Crypto Stablecoin Analyst: Peg stability monitoring, collateral analysis, depegging risk assessment, and stablecoin mechanism evaluation. Crypto Social Sentiment: Social media sentiment tracking, influencer monitoring, trending topic identification, and community analysis. Data Coverage: - 60+ blockchain networks - 2,000+ DeFi protocols - Real-time DEX data - CEX trading metrics - Social sentiment feeds - NFT marketplace data Compatibility: Works seamlessly with SuperClaude's existing agent framework. No configuration conflicts or manual routing needed. Practical Applications Smart Contract Development Security agents can audit contracts during development, identifying reentrancy risks, access control issues, and common vulnerabilities before deployment. DeFi Research Strategy agents query real-time pool data across networks, calculate yield-adjusted returns, and assess risks like impermanent loss or smart contract exposure. Trading Analysis Market agents access derivatives data, funding rates, liquidation levels, and order book depth across exchanges for informed trading decisions. Forensic Investigation On-chain agents trace fund flows, identify connected addresses, and analyze transaction patterns for security research or compliance work. Portfolio Management Risk agents evaluate protocol exposure, assess tail risks, and monitor positions across multiple chains and protocols. Why Specialized Agents Matter Generic AI models lack the domain-specific knowledge required for professional crypto work. A general-purpose AI might provide surface-level analysis of a smart contract, but a specialized security agent understands Solidity patterns, common exploits, and auditing methodologies. The agent framework solves this by routing tasks to specialists with deep domain knowledge: - A derivatives question goes to an agent trained on perpetuals, funding rates, and options greeks - A DeFi query reaches an agent that understands liquidity mathematics and protocol mechanics - A security audit is handled by an agent familiar with vulnerability patterns and exploit techniques This specialization produces more accurate, actionable insights than single-model approaches. Getting Started The agents are available now through npm. Requirements: - Node.js 16+ - Claude Code installed - No additional dependencies After installation, simply use Claude Code normally. When you ask crypto-related questions or request blockchain analysis, the appropriate agent is automatically invoked. The system handles routing, data retrieval, and response generation. Documentation covers individual agent capabilities, example queries, and integration patterns for different workflows. What This Enables With 17 specialized crypto agents, Claude Code becomes a comprehensive blockchain development and analysis environment: - Developers can audit contracts, optimize gas usage, and implement security patterns - Researchers can analyze protocols, compare yields, and assess risks - Traders can evaluate markets, identify opportunities, and manage positions - Security professionals can investigate exploits, trace funds, and assess vulnerabilities The agents provide access to blockchain data and specialized analysis that previously required multiple tools, APIs, and manual research. ghive.

📢 EstateX Building the ESX Blockchain: Creating the Binance of Tokenization The next big thing is here! EstateX is once again pioneering a revolutionary development that will redefine the potential of our company—and, more importantly, the $ESX token itself. Let’s dive in. No Changes to Launch Date Rest assured, this exciting new feature will not affect our anticipated launch date. We remain committed to launching in 2024, with an unwavering focus on delivering maximum value and stability to our investors. EstateX continues to lead as one of the highest-staked ICOs in the market, thanks to our loyal community and investors. Introducing the EstateX L1 Blockchain EstateX is thrilled to announce our very own L1 blockchain—designed with unique features to power a fully-fledged ecosystem focused on tokenization. Our vision is to make EstateX the Binance of tokenization, where asset owners and projects can not only create tokens but leverage EstateX’s vast infrastructure, raise funds through our community and institutional network, make use of our legal framework and receive marketing & branding support. In this video, you’ll hear directly from myself and our CTO, Graham, as we break down the technical details and show you how this move strengthens the entire EstateX ecosystem. Migration to the $ESX Chain Once live on the mainnet in 2025, the $ESX tokens will transition to our blockchain, becoming the chain’s native currency. While this blockchain is a key milestone, our commitment remains to the EstateX investment platform, which is integral to our broader vision and future success. It’s an essential part in our Binance of Tokenization strategy where on the one hand you have our blockchain, and on the other hand our investment platform to raise funds and make use of our legal framework and tech. A Unique Blockchain for Real-World Assets (RWA) EstateX is creating a one-of-a-kind RWA chain tailored to various asset classes, providing unparalleled opportunities for asset owners and investors. Projects will benefit from a comprehensive support package, including 24/7 legal support in the US and EU, access to both retail and institutional investors, marketing support, liquidity networks, and customizable whitelabel investment and management software. This robust support and infrastructure will solidify EstateX as the top destination for tokenization, all while delivering immense value for $ESX holders. Leading the RWA Space with Cutting-Edge Architecture EstateX’s polychain architecture will support multi-asset tokenization, global decentralization, and legal compliance across regions. By building parallel L1 chains alongside an L0 global settlement chain, we aim to create an ecosystem with fast transaction times and interoperability across product classes. Our multi-stage deployment will enable us to support dedicated L1 chains for specific markets, and later, a unifying L0 settlement chain for seamless cross-chain integration. All EstateX chains will utilize Proof-of-Stake consensus, EVM compatibility, and $ESX as the native currency. Streamlined Onboarding and White-Label Solutions Our design prioritizes fast, frictionless onboarding for third-party RWA providers. Through white-label integrations, EstateX will help market participants bypass technical and regulatory barriers. This will expand market opportunities by cutting costs, easing compliance, and offering solutions like on-chain KYC/KYB verification, payment gateways, exchange services, and proof-of-custody options. EstateX remains committed to transparency and accountability, with cryptographic solutions to ensure secure, trustless interactions. In addition, we’re developing RWA-specific token standards and maintaining open-source contributions to foster cross-market innovation. Onboarding Massive Partnerships for Massive Growth We are already onboarding major partners to our blockchain, offering them a blend of platform offerings and white-label solutions designed for scalability. Through these partnerships, EstateX will host large volumes of tokenized assets, benefiting from the secondary marketplaces and legal frameworks we provide. This high activity will drive substantial volume on the ESX chain, fueling demand and utility for the ESX token as we scale our infrastructure and only with delivering whitelabel technology. We are thrilled to announce that one of our first major onboarded partners will be revealed within the next two weeks. Stay tuned, as we are also in talks with high-profile sectors, including sports teams and other exciting industries. EstateX is set to lead the RWA landscape, establishing an ecosystem that is ready for the next phase of blockchain innovation. Thank you for being part of this journey!

Just finished a huge UPGRADE to my Polymarket Arbitrage Trading Bot 📈 $41,514 +EV - [ Right Now] ✳️ 1,032% Spread - [ Right Now] #⃣ 3X More Arbitrage Opportunities I had to break a lot of rules to get this to work, If Polymarket finds out I might be in trouble... But it was worth it! I was able to bypass the restrictions that are holding back other Arbitrage Trading Bots Here’s how it all works... MARKET MATCHING The bot is looking for arbitrages across 5 different Prediction Markets To do that we are indexing millions of individual markets To try to find the few thousand functionally identical pairs between platforms That's billions of potential matches To find the few thousand market pairs that are functionally equivalent between platforms we are using a four part matching system: 1. Keyword extraction, ranking & matching 2. Trigram, Jaccard & Vector hybrid matching algorithm of the market titles, close conditions, alternative titles & outcomes 3. LLM Prompt matching checking for functional equivalence of market rules -> Incredibly inconsistent, hence the need for part 4, building a system like this at scale will open your eyes to the shortcomings of AI 4. Human verification + 99.8% Accuracy + 6,320 Markets Matched Once we have our markets, we move onto.. ARBITRAGE DETECTION - [ UPGRADED ] To detect if there is an arbitrage we need two things Market Odds & Orderbooks Market Odds: This will show us the ‘Spread’, if the sum of Market A YES & Market B NO is less than $1, or vice versa, we have a potential arbitrage Orderbooks: This will show us the "EV", much we can arbitrage profit we can extract, according to the available liquidity and slippage of both orderbooks This is where we had been severely limited in the past, due to inadequacies of the WebSocket feeds and API rate limits Polymarket: Orderbook initial dumps & entire orderbook price levels missing when connecting hundreds of markets to the WS feed, undisclosed multi-WS rate limits Opinion: API rate limits, WS delta updates missing, WS delta updates sent in wrong order, asks sent below best bid, airdrop farming bots posting and filling their own orders breaking WS feed. Kalshi: Rate limits and minor book inaccuracies at scale PredictFun & Probable: Surprisingly accurate as of current, monitoring how they handle increasing volumes To get past these limits and scale the Arbitrage Finder we built some advanced new systems 1. Multiple Instances Instead of scaling vertically we moved to scaling horizontally, a central controller handles the deployment & management of multiple proxied worker instances that each keep a local record of a subset of the market orderbooks and detect arbitrage opportunities as soon as dif updates are received These worker instances feed the orderbook data back to the main controller which aggregates all information in one place and formats along them with relevant metadata to be fetched by our trading interfaces and applications 2. Handling “Junk Data” One of the most challenging parts of scaling this application is dealing with the inaccuracies of the data provided by the APIs that we refer to as ‘Junk Data’ Some are easy to deal with: - Book updates returned in the wrong order required an additional ‘lastTimestamp’ value at each book level which was referenced before any future updates are applied, if diff update timestamp was prior to lastTimestamp the dif update is ignored. - Missing book dumps / levels reduced almost entirely by reducing the number of CLOB tokens per WS connection - Dif ask/bid flips appearing at impossible levels are not applied Some were a lot more challenging: - Missing book updates were only detectable with revalidation & comparison, we don’t know what we don't know until we know we don't know it. More complex revalidation triggers and short recycling periods minimize the issue With these updates we can scale the number of local orderbooks we are handling at one time: Before: ~4,000 orderbooks After: ~10,000 orderbooks This, along with the improvements in orderbook accuracy, has increased arb density by 3X Meaning we’re finding 3X the amount of opportunities as before 3. Rate limit bypass To bypass the API limits that limit the quantity of markets we can subscribe to at once we had to ██████ ███ █ ██████ █████ █████████ TRADING SYSTEMS - [ NEW ] The data is only as good as you can display it, ultimately the format in which the data is served will determine how efficiently it can be acted upon We’ve created a system of interconnected tools that enable us to trade these opportunities, each with a different specific use case 1. AlertPilot Trading Terminal A dashboard displaying all the hundreds of arbitrage opportunities the bot has found across 5 different prediction markets in real time + Arbitrage Calculator, showing you exactly how much to bid to take advantage of the arbitrage according to your bankroll, fees & slippage + Double Price Chart, which helps traders to estimate how long their arbitrage take to close + Strategy Guide, explaining how to execute arbitrage trades most effectively to maximize profits + Position Manager, connect your wallets to see your open arbitrage positions, EV, profits & exits 2. AlertPilot Telegram Bot A system for getting alerts on all new arbitrage opportunities immediately, EV, Spreads & market links + Custom Settings, only see the arbitrages you’d want to take with user specific settings + Position Sell Alerts, connected to the AlertPilot Position Manager, get alerts to your phone when its time to sell your arbitrage positions + All 5 Markets, alerts on all 5 supported prediction markets: Polymarket, Kalshi, Opinion, Probable & PredictFun 3. AlertPilot Discord Bot Private chat rooms and arbitrage alerts on the AlertPilot Discord Group + Custom Alerts, the best arbitrage alerts are sent to the discord channel + Support, traders answering your questions on Arbitrage Trading 4. Arbitrage Trading Terminal [ SOON ] A trading terminal built specifically for Arbitrage + Atomic Execution, enter positions on two platforms at the same time + Visualize the Arbitrage, trade with both charts in one place, see the gap close as you take your positions + Manage positions across multiple prediction markets in one place

⚡ Kleros Development Update | May 2026 Kleros Foresight opens the month: movies round 2 is now live, so you can trade today. Batch redemption shipped, redemption values were corrected with a pre-check before claiming, resolved answers now show right on the market cards, and a resolution email tells you the moment your winnings are ready to claim. Kleros Skills is being prepared for launch: knowledge packs that teach AI agents how to use Kleros, whatever assistant they run on. The first two packs are almost ready. One lets an agent pin files to IPFS for $0.01 in USDC, the other lets it interact with Kleros Curate and Scout. A Kleros CLI, ERC-8004 agent verification, and an Escrow pack are on the roadmap. Scout reached its definitive version: 2.6M curated addresses on the homepage, a dedicated new-submission page, a transaction-result page, and an in-app file viewer. Uploads now flow through Atlas with limits sourced from role restrictions, submissions defer uploads until sign-in, and ATQ duplicate detection plus JavaScript Court landed in the disputes view. Atlas shipped v1.6.0. Signup is now per product: Court V1, Court V2, and Foresight each get their own confirmation email, unsubscribe link, and onboarding flow. Court reminders moved to a fixed, configurable time, and every batch send is preceded by a transaction simulation. Proof of Humanity V2 email notifications now cover the complete profile lifecycle: pending revocations, vouching activity, disputed flows, and challenge outcomes, processed end to end by Atlas. Only the frontend opt-in toggle remains. An evidence-key fix means older cases render attachments properly again, and the referral system spec went through review. Vea published the veashi-sdk to npm at v0.0.2, the first packaged version of the cross-chain SDK. The LayerZero Labs contracts were reorganized under the adapter layout, the Hashi executor decoupling merged after April's review pass, and an ENVIO HyperIndex indexer for the relayer is on the way. Court V2: The contracts are being simplified, the partial-coherence kit was merged, and the security findings are being worked through. From here, the code heads into another round of internal reviews. We'd rather take the time and get it right. Full breakdown 👇

Full breakdown 👇

three․ws is the 3D AI agent layer of the open web. Anyone can generate a 3D avatar, give it an LLM brain, register it on-chain across multiple blockchains, embed it anywhere, and let it earn and spend money on its own. Agents have embodied WebGL identities that express emotion through morph-target blending, animate, respond to voice, API calls, and datastreams, hold their own wallets, and persist memory. Open source, live today. It starts with generation. Forge turns a text prompt, one to four photos, or a rough sketch into a textured downloadable GLB. Selfies become rigged avatars in about a minute. Quality tiers run from draft to 200k-poly PBR. From there every model can be auto-rigged, restyled, retextured, segmented, embedded, or deployed on-chain. The same engine ships as a REST API, an x402 pay-per-call twin, and a 3D Studio MCP server with 15 tools. The brain runs on IBM Granite via IBM watsonx plus Claude (users may decide which model they prefer), with a structured tool-loop. A multi-LLM mode streams Claude, GPT, Qwen, ModelScope, and Groq side by side. An empathy layer blends emotion from protocol events rather than a state machine. Voice covers cloning, a Voice Lab, real-time ARKit-52 lip-sync, and mic-driven lip-sync. Skills install from IPFS, Arweave, or HTTP, and memory is pinned to IPFS with R2 and Postgres modes. Identity is cross-chain, not Solana only. ERC-8004 contracts (Identity, Reputation, Validation) deploy on any of 15+ EVM chains, alongside a program-free Metaplex Core analog on Solana. Every agent gets a stable ID, owner wallet, EIP-712 delegated signer, IPFS manifest, a cryptographically signed action log, and EIP-7710 delegated permissions for agent-to-agent authorization. While multichain, the THREE token is only available on Solana with no plans to go cross-chain, the team has no plans to endorse or support any other coins. Then the economy. $THREE is the platform's only token and pay-per-use currency, with holder tiers and rewards. x402 powers pay-per-call micropayments in USDC and soon THREE on Solana, with pay-by-name resolution, a Bazaar marketplace, arbitrage, and on-chain skills. All production ready and shipped, ready to be integrated in partnered projects, open-source by default for anyone to adopt. Three ships a Pump.fun intelligence stack. Launch a coin for your agent, score every launch 0 to 100 with the Oracle conviction engine, scan new coins in their first 90 seconds, track smart money against coins that actually graduated, rank traders by provable on-chain record, and watch autonomous agents trade live in the Sniper Arena. The 3D AI Agent world is multiplayer. Every Solana token gets a live deterministic 3D world with peer avatars, chat, emotes, and voxel building thanks to Coin Communities. There is a walkable City, an authoritative Colyseus-backed Walk with AR passthrough, a Club with rigged dancers and micro-tips, friends, presence, and DMs, and an IRL mode that places agents in your real environment, private by physical location. AR is shipped today on WebXR and iOS Quick Look. Robotics is the long-horizon extension. For builders: Scene Studio, Scene Composer, an Animation Studio that sells clips for USDC, a glTF validator, an web component, five widget types, a WYSIWYG embed editor, hosted Launchpad pages, claimable *.threews.sol names, an OAuth 2.1 server, an MCP server with paid tools, published SDKs, and an OpenAPI spec. Listed across IBM, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, BNB Dappbay, the MCP Registry, and Solana Mobile Seeker. Architecture is four layers (viewer, runtime, identity, embed) on a single event bus. The roadmap is four phases: foundations (shipped), selfie-to-avatar engine, agent personalization with voice cloning, the on-chain economy, and an open decentralized inference network where agents pay GPU nodes on-chain for compute. The goal is simple: move AI from centralized SaaS into persistent, ownable, protocol-based entities in a real machine economy, bridging digital entities into the real world. Welcome to the 3D Layer of the Internet. This is three․ws.

I spent the past 3 hours working with Colosseum's Copilot, but WHY? To review all 2,858 projects and let Copilot decide the Top 10. Here are the results, and I bet they’re nothing like what you expect 👇 #1: Mosaic 🇹🇷 > Why? The only proof-system-agnostic ZK verifier on Solana L1, supports Groth16, PLONK, Halo2, STARKs, and folding schemes in one API. Concrete engineering: Groth16 at 84K CU. Every other ZK project in this hackathon becomes easier if Mosaic exists. #2: SAK / SAK 🇮🇪 > Why? Simulates every AI agent transaction in LiteSVM against 2,010 rules before it ever gets signed, a pre-sign kill switch. This is the correct safety architecture for autonomous agents handling real money, and no one else in 2,858 projects built it. #3: AgentTrust / AgentTrust 🇮🇳 > Why? Formally verified with Kani (6 invariants), already composing with live Quantu programs on mainnet, and ships an MCP server, meaning it plugs natively into Claude's tool-use ecosystem. Formal verification in a hackathon project is exceptionally rare. #4: Anneal / Anneallab 🇸🇬 > Why? Private OTC options negotiated by AI agents, with ZK-sealed bids settling on Solana in ~10 seconds. The only 6-person team in the top 10, targeting an uncrowded niche (private DeFi, crowd score 270 vs 325 for generic AI agents). #5: OBLIQ / Gunaseelan 🇮🇳 > Why? The team claims 450M+ sponsored transactions, 29M users, and $12B cross-chain volume from a prior product, the strongest real-world execution signal in the entire dataset. Gasless cross-chain onboarding solves a friction point every Solana dApp faces. #6: Veritas 🇮🇳 > Why? AI agents stake SOL as collateral, generate ZK proofs of policy compliance per action, and get slashed automatically on violations, no human needed. Staking-based accountability is the right economic design; no other project in the list got this far. #7: Keymint 🇮🇳 > Why? Wraps any HTTP API as an x402 endpoint, charging agents per request in USDC with an on-chain audit PDA. Same wienerlabs team as Mosaic, two complementary primitives (ZK verification + API monetization) from one high-quality team. #8: Chord / Chord 🇮🇪 > Why? Lets a Solana smart contract trigger any Web2 API, OpenAI, Stripe, Slack, Salesforce, in a single line of code, abstracting the entire custom oracle stack. It's the cleanest solution to the "smart contracts can't call the internet" problem in the dataset. #9: Herald Protocol / Herald Protocol 🇳🇬 > Why? Delivers DeFi notifications (liquidations, order fills, governance) via email/Telegram/SMS without exposing wallet identity on-chain, using AWS Nitro Enclaves and ZK compressed delivery receipts. Every protocol needs alerting; nobody else solved the privacy half of it. #10: WorkChain / Aditya chotaliya 🇮🇳 Why? USDC escrow that unlocks automatically when an AI verifier confirms the work is done,no human approval, no disputes. The thesis is sharp and timed perfectly: as AI agents do real work, payment rails that verify agent output become essential infrastructure. What do you think of these Copilot choices?

OpenLedger X Morpheus The partnership of openledger with Morpheus enables Use Morpheus to build "The Autonomous Smart Contract Engineer" on top of OpenLedger. What is Morpheus? Morpheus is a Web3-native AI coding agent that turns natural language into executable smart contracts and full-stack dApps. It is powered by a specialized Solidity model built on top of OpenLedger, tailored for the unique demands of secure and efficient onchain development. It goes beyond code generation. Using fine-tuned models, agent-based architecture, and modular plugin support, Morpheus automates the entire development pipeline-from writing and simulating contracts to deploying and maintaining them. Its mission is to reduce the barrier to dApp creation while enabling autonomous agents and individuals to participate in decentralized economies. Why OpenLedger? The rise of AI agents in Web3 raises urgent questions around transparency, attribution, explainability, and contributor incentives. OpenLedger provides the infrastructure to ensure that contributor data used in model outputs is recorded with verifiable attribution. Through Proof of Attribution, contributors-whether they provide prompts, datasets, or logic refinements-can receive credit and rewards when their work influences model behavior. But attribution alone isn’t enough. In critical domains like smart contract deployment, DeFi automation, and DAO governance, understanding why a model made a decision is just as important as the output itself. OpenLedger supports explainability by linking outputs back to their original data sources-allowing developers and auditors to trace logic, validate decisions, and build trust in AI-powered systems. OpenLedger supports Morpheus by: Recording which data was used in generating model outputs Enabling verifiable attribution of contributed datasets Powering reward mechanisms for contributors Offering scalable and efficient model execution via OpenLoRA Supporting transparency and traceability in model decision-making This creates an open, rewardable foundation for AI-driven coding-without relying on opaque systems. How is the system built? The Morpheus architecture has three layers: Datanet Layer OpenLedger powers Morpheus with a specialized Datanet - a decentralized data layer where developers, auditors, and contributors can share smart contract patterns, audit logs, exploit reports, and logic modules. Each submission is recorded onchain with attribution using OpenLedger’s Proof of Attribution. As the model learns and evolves from this data, contributors receive rewards proportional to their impact on future outputs. The Morpheus architecture has two layers: Intent Layer Users describe what they want to build. Example: "Create a token with tax logic that routes to a DAO." Morpheus parses the instruction, retrieves relevant contract types, and plans a modular execution flow. Agent Layer The agent generates, tests, and assembles the contract. It handles versioning, logic validation, and deployment readiness. Security checks-reentrancy protection, overflow control, gas modeling-are embedded into the generation phase. Generated outputs are mapped to their source data using OpenLedger’s Proof of Attribution, providing traceability across the pipeline. How does the AI model work? Morpheus is being powered by a specialized Solidity model built on top of OpenLedger. This model is purpose-built to handle the nuances of smart contract logic, security, and upgradeability. Unlike generalized coding agents, it is designed specifically for EVM environments and Web3 use cases, drawing from real protocol data and security best practices. Morpheus is fine-tuned on a vertical stack of smart contract data: Audited protocol code (e.g., Uniswap V4, Compound) OpenZeppelin libraries and EIP reference implementations Smart contract vulnerability reports and exploit reconstructions Edge cases from fuzz testing and adversarial examples It uses models like CodeLlama and DeepSeek-Coder, enhanced through RAG pipelines referencing standardized security patterns and emerging protocol designs. This training stack is integrated into a continuous feedback loop, enabling real-time specialization for EVM and beyond. Why a specialized model is needed? Smart contract development is uniquely high-stakes. A generalized AI model is not enough. As 'vibe coding' and natural language programming become more common, we're seeing an influx of AI-generated code in Web3 as well. But smart contracts are not frontends or prototypes-they govern real value, enforce trustless execution, and often become immutable after deployment. Billions have been lost in Web3 due to bugs and inefficiencies: In 2022 alone, over $3.8 billion was stolen due to smart contract exploits, many of which stemmed from avoidable issues like reentrancy, integer overflows, or access control failures. Inefficient contract structures lead to unnecessary gas consumption. Optimizing for gas can reduce costs by up to 40%, saving projects millions over time. Upgradeable contract patterns, like UUPS or Transparent Proxies, require strict adherence to storage layout and initialization rules. Mistakes here often go undetected by generic models and can render a contract unupgradeable or vulnerable. A specialized Solidity model is trained on real-world exploits, EIP standards, and libraries like OpenZeppelin to: Generate secure, gas-efficient code by default Recognize and correctly implement complex proxy patterns Map user intent to modular, auditable contract architectures Incorporate battle-tested logic from audited protocols and fuzz-tested edge cases Morpheus goes beyond syntax-it understands the nuances of decentralized infrastructure and deploys code that meets production-grade standards. What applications will this enable Token creation with built-in logic (tax, liquidity, governance) DeFi automations triggered by market conditions Payment contracts between agents and contributors DAO tooling with dynamic NFT-based voting Cross-chain bridging logic tied to real-world oracles Asset issuance flows through chat-based interfaces Natural language contract templates with reusable logic Each of these flows is backed by OpenLedger’s Proof of Attribution-ensuring traceability, explainability, and fair rewards across the ecosystem. This is the future of AI-native development. Open. Attributed. Explainable. Community-powered. Morpheus and OpenLedger are building the first system for autonomous coding agents where: Contributor work is recorded onchain Reuse is incentivized through attribution Model outputs are traceable and explainable Contracts evolve through human-agent collaboration Anyone can contribute prompts, logic, or flows-and get rewarded The smart contract engineer is no longer a human-only role. It is an agentic, decentralized, and transparent process-powered by OpenLedger.

OH BOY! 🚨 THE CFTC JUST SAID IT’S GO TIME FOR 24/7 ONCHAIN MARKETS. If you’re still sleeping on $XRP, $XLM and $HBAR, this long read may completely change how you see what’s being built. I’ve been going back through everything CFTC Chairman Michael Selig said this week, and the more I connect it with what is already happening on XRP Ledger, Stellar and Hedera, the more serious this gets. Selig is talking about a financial market that looks very different from the one most people grew up with. Markets that stay open around the clock. Assets that exist directly on public ledgers. Stablecoins moving alongside securities. Collateral moving almost instantly. Algorithms making decisions faster than humans. AI agents eventually trading, paying, borrowing and moving value automatically. His September 22 remarks were explicit: markets need to prepare for mass tokenization, blockchain and AI adoption at scale, onchain finance and 24/7 trading. He also described tokenization as infrastructure that could enable near-instant settlement and real-time collateral mobility across clearinghouses, intermediaries and end users. Then on CNBC the next day, he went even further and talked about markets transitioning toward “24-7 on-chain” systems driven by algorithms and agentic finance. That language is incredibly important to me because $XRP, $XLM and $HBAR are already built around parts of that exact world. And there is another detail people need to remember. Back on March 17, the SEC issued its crypto interpretation with CFTC participation. The interpretation explicitly lists XRP, Stellar (XLM) and Hedera (HBAR) as examples of digital commodities. Read those two developments together. March: XRP, XLM and HBAR enter the agencies’ digital-commodity framework. September: the CFTC Chairman starts publicly preparing the market for mass tokenization, continuous onchain finance, AI and automated markets. That connection deserves way more attention. And the regulatory work kept moving even after the CLARITY Act failed to advance on September 15 by a 49–50 cloture vote. Two days later, the CFTC had a crypto-market regulatory action sitting with OIRA, titled “Regulation Crypto Asset Transactions and Regulation Crypto Asset Markets,” RIN 3038-AF80. The same day, the SEC launched its five-year Innovation Exemption allowing qualifying Tokenized Securities Venues to use permissioned AMM liquidity pools on public, permissionless distributed ledgers for tokenized NMS stocks. Then September 21, the CFTC announced its Frontier Forum Series, beginning October 28 with a forum specifically about artificial intelligence and agentic finance. That is a lot happening in one week. And when I compare it with these three networks, I see something very specific. Start with $XRP. XRPL already operates 24/7. It already has a native DEX. It already has order books. It already has AMMs. It already has compliance-focused infrastructure. And it already has institutional tokenization happening on the ledger. Guggenheim Treasury Services’ Digital Commercial Paper came to XRPL after the platform had already processed more than $280M in issuance. Ondo OUSG gives qualified investors tokenized Treasury exposure with RLUSD available for settlement around the clock. Aviva Investors announced its intention to work with Ripple around bringing traditional fund structures onto XRPL. Then Ripple invested in ZILO and Licuido around transfer agency, issuance and collateral infrastructure. Pause there. Selig specifically talks about real-time collateral mobility. XRPL is moving toward an environment where assets can be issued, traded, settled, collateralized and eventually lent against on the same digital infrastructure. And the stablecoin side is becoming serious. The context puts RLUSD at roughly $2.3956B circulating, backed by about $2.5177B in reserves. So now XRPL can have tokenized Treasuries, commercial paper, stablecoin liquidity, a native DEX and institutional trading infrastructure living together. That starts looking less like one payments product and more like a financial market. Then agentic finance enters. Ripple’s XRPL AI Starter Kit supports x402 payments using XRP or RLUSD. An AI agent can potentially request an API, pay for compute, purchase data or access a digital service automatically. No human needs to open a banking app every time. The agent can pay. The service can respond. The settlement happens on XRPL. And XRP has native economic roles throughout the ledger. Transaction fees consume XRP. Accounts require XRP reserves. XRP can also participate in cross-asset routing and auto-bridging. So if Selig’s 24/7, tokenized and automated market actually grows, XRPL already has technology aimed directly at that environment. Now move to $XLM. Stellar may be one of the easiest networks to understand through Selig’s framework because it already has both assets and money moving onchain. By Q2 2026, tokenized RWAs on Stellar had crossed $3B. Stablecoin transfer volume reached $11.4B during Q2. And the network had more than 10.7M active accounts. Then BVNK integrated Stellar into its enterprise stablecoin infrastructure on September 22. BVNK processes roughly $39B in annualized payment volume and supports businesses across more than 130 countries. So right as the CFTC Chairman is talking about continuous onchain financial markets, Stellar is getting plugged deeper into enterprise stablecoin settlement. That feels extremely well timed. But the part I think people are going to discover later is Stellar’s agentic-finance positioning. The Stellar Development Foundation is a Premier member of the Linux Foundation’s x402 Foundation and holds a governing-board seat. Stellar supports x402. It also supports Machine Payments Protocol. That means an AI agent can use tokenized money or USDC to pay for data, an API, a service or another digital resource. Five-second-class settlement becomes very interesting when the payer is software. Humans sleep. Agents do not. Humans might make a handful of financial transactions during a day. Software could eventually make hundreds, thousands or millions of tiny economic decisions continuously. Every one of those transactions creates network activity. And XLM still sits underneath Stellar’s operation. Transaction fees are paid in XLM. Account reserves require XLM. Smart-contract rent and network resources use XLM. So an enterprise can think entirely in dollars. An AI agent can think in USDC. The ledger still operates with XLM beneath the surface. Then you get to $HBAR, and Selig’s language becomes almost eerie. Mass tokenization? Archax has more than 100 tokenized assets tied to its Hedera infrastructure, six asset managers onboarded and more than $300M tokenized in the context. Real-time collateral mobility? Lloyds Banking Group and Aberdeen already used tokenized money-market-fund units and UK gilts around regulated FX activity through Hedera-connected infrastructure. 24/7 markets? Archax tokenized the Canary HBAR ETF on Hedera and executed an onchain transaction on Thanksgiving Day 2025, when conventional U.S. markets were closed. Programmable finance? Archax and Hedera launched tokenized securities capable of distributing interest payments in USDC at near-second-by-second intervals directly into investor wallets. Agentic finance? Hedera integrated x402. Its implementation supports HBAR and USDC payments. Hedera also has Agent Kit and Agent Lab, giving developers infrastructure for transaction-capable autonomous agents. Then Accenture joined the Hedera Council around trusted infrastructure for enterprise AI and the agentic economy. So when Michael Selig says regulators are preparing for markets increasingly run through algorithms and agentic finance, Hedera already has developers building machines that can transact on its network. And HBAR has a very clean economic role. Every Hedera application transaction ultimately pays a network fee in HBAR. HBAR also secures consensus through staking. So an investor could own a tokenized security. Receive USDC cash flows. An AI agent could make payments. A business could transfer stablecoins. A collateral position could move. The user may never touch HBAR directly. The network still uses it. That model is important. People keep asking whether stablecoins compete with utility coins. In these systems, stablecoins can actually create more network activity. More RLUSD on XRPL can create more XRPL settlement. More USDC on Stellar can create more Stellar activity. More USDC on Hedera can create more Hedera transactions. The stablecoin is the money. The native asset powers part of the infrastructure moving that money. Now connect all of this with the SEC. Its September 17 exemption allows qualifying venues to experiment with tokenized U.S.-listed stocks using permissioned AMM pools whose smart contracts are public and deployed on public, permissionless distributed ledgers. Hester Peirce said the exemption is preparing market participants for a future where tokenized stock trading onchain becomes commonplace. So you have the SEC preparing securities markets for onchain trading. The CFTC preparing commodity and derivatives regulation around mass tokenization, continuous markets and AI. And three assets already explicitly sitting in the digital-commodity taxonomy: XRP. XLM. HBAR. This is where my conviction comes from. Picture what the financial stack could eventually contain: tokenized Apple shares, tokenized Nvidia shares, tokenized ETFs, Treasury products, money-market funds, commercial paper, stablecoins, digital commodities, lending markets, collateral, AMMs, AI agents. All moving continuously. No Friday closing bell for the blockchain. No waiting until Monday morning to move collateral. No human required for every tiny transaction. The financial system becomes programmable. And these three networks are already preparing for that kind of activity. For XRP, I see a path from payments into a broader institutional liquidity, tokenization, collateral and agent-payment network. For XLM, I see stablecoin settlement, tokenized assets and machine payments beginning to converge. For HBAR, I see institutional tokenization, continuous collateral, stablecoin cash flows and machine commerce operating on one network. And each native asset has an actual network role. XRP handles fees, reserves and liquidity. XLM handles fees, reserves and smart-contract resources. HBAR handles fees and network security. That distinction matters immensely to me. These are not coins being randomly attached to a tokenization headline. Their networks are already trying to do the exact jobs a tokenized financial system needs. And the regulator responsible for enormous parts of U.S. derivatives markets is now publicly saying the market itself is changing into something more onchain, continuous, automated and tokenized. A few years ago, people holding utility coins had to explain why finance might ever move onto public blockchain infrastructure. Now regulators are preparing rules for that environment. That is a massive change in the conversation. And if tokenized securities, stablecoins, collateral and autonomous agents really begin operating around the clock, I believe the market eventually has to look at $XRP $XLM $HBAR through a much bigger lens than it does today. Does this finally wake you up?

Important reminder Binance CZ 🔶 BNB 🚨 Remember what Binance did to us on 10.10. The big picture here. Here is a summary, an analysis, a reminder, and a warning. Never forget. Whoever has too much power is too dangerous. 🔺 1. What happened on 10.10: On 10 October 2025 the crypto market suffered the largest single liquidation event in its history. More than 19 billion USD in leveraged positions were wiped out within hours, affecting well over 1.6 million traders across all major venues. Bitcoin had just printed an all time high above 122000 USD. Within the 10 to 11 October window it crashed to lows around 104000 to 110000 USD, a drawdown of 10 to 15 percent in less than a day. This day is now referenced across mainstream media, research and exchanges simply as 10/10. The trigger in the headlines was clear: ▶️ Trump announced additional 100 percent tariffs on Chinese imports. US China trade war reignited. But the scale and structure of the crypto damage did not match a normal macro move. They matched a structural failure inside the plumbing of one venue. That venue is Binance. 🔺 2. Binance: Before the crash Binance handled: ▶️ 60 to 70 percent of global USDT altcoin spot volume ▶️ The deepest unified collateral system in crypto ▶️ Cross margin links across spot, futures, options and structured products Independent data providers like Kaiko and CoinGlass consistently identify Binance as the global price discovery engine for altcoins. On 10.10 that centralization became a single point of catastrophic failure. Across research from Kaiko, CoinGlass, Coindesk, Aurpay, Galaxy and independent analysts: ▶️ Binance order book depth collapsed more than any other exchange ▶️ Venue specific collateral assets broke first and hardest on Binance ▶️ Liquidations elsewhere followed Binance with multi minute lag ▶️ On chain and off chain data show certain wallets profited massively from the failure pattern This was a centralized system imploding under stress. 🔺 3. The Binance specific anomalies: Three Binance collateral assets behaved abnormally: ▶️ USDe traded at 0.62 to 0.65 USD on Binance while near 1 USD elsewhere ▶️ wBETH printed 430 USD while ETH traded near 3500 USD on other venues ▶️ BNSOL printed 34.9 USD while far higher elsewhere Insights4vc and Galaxy found ATOM, ENJ and other majors printed near zero only on Binance. Global markets remained far above. When you see: 1 exchange 3 collateral assets 80 to 99 percent divergence Invalid prices Frozen liquidity You are seeing a matching engine and oracle collapse. Binance later called this a “technical ghost”. It behaved like a centralized kill switch. 🔺 4. The liquidation cascade and ADL CoinGlass, Reuters and FT all agree: 10.10 created the largest liquidation cascade in crypto history. More than 19 billion USD were liquidated. But this number is only the visible liquidation counter. It does not include: • ADL reductions on profitable positions • Forced margin reductions not registered as liquidations • Collateral destruction from oracle mispricing • Spot positions force closed • Options and structured product collateral failures • Off book desk unwinds and hidden exposure reductions When analysts reconstruct the full chain, the true economic unwind is well above 40 billion USD. Several market structure estimates place the systemic damage between 60 and 100 billion USD. 19B is what dashboards show. 40B+ is what the market absorbed. Insights4vc documented: ▶️ Thousands of liquidations per second ▶️ Hyperliquid triggered ADL ▶️ Binance triggered its own ADL events Distorted Binance prices fed industry oracles and dragged the global market down. 🔺 5. On chain and off chain fingerprints: Wallet 0xb317..: ▶️ 192 million USD BTC short during crash ▶️ 163 million USD short after ▶️ Perfect timing with Binance anomalies Binance publicly acknowledged peg failures in USDe, wBETH and BNSOL. Zero prints happened only on Binance. The data convicts the structure. 🔺 6. Collapse of Fake Liquidity: Altcoins that went to zero on Binance did not do so elsewhere. Spoof liquidity, wash trading and internalized market making created an illusion of depth that vanished instantly under stress. 🔺 7. Comparison with fair, regulated markets: On NASDAQ: Market makers must quote both sides Liquidity withdrawal requires approval Wash trading is prohibited Exchanges cannot run secret market makers On 10.10 Binance’s order book had a buy side vacuum with no notice and no accountability. 🔺 8. Binance’s regulatory vacuum and conflict of incentives: Longs were liquidated. Shorts were ADL’d. Delta neutral strategies were wiped out. In an unregulated venue generating 70 million USD per day in fees, fairness is not enforced. 🔺 9. Evidence Binance refuses to provide: Mark price logs Oracle inputs Liquidation engine data ADL queues Insurance fund movements Engine parameters Matching neutrality proof None provided. 🔺 10. Why “never forget” matters: A single exchange distorted global prices in minutes. Fake liquidity collapsed. Oracle flaws vaporized billions. Unified margin amplified everything. 🔺 11. The message The data is here. The traces are here. The failures are documented. Remember what Binance did to us on 10.10. Concentrated power in crypto is systemic fragility with better marketing. Power is liquidity. Only users decide who holds it. Thanks for reading. — by $MASTR crypto project

— by $MASTR crypto project

a 22-year-old who never filed taxes just got flagged by the IRS not for the $330K in polymarket bot profit but for 12,000 micro-transactions that looked like structuring 38 days of trading and he triggered the same alerts drug dealers do kid built a bot that trades 5-minute crypto resolution markets on polymarket - eth up or down, sol up or down, new scheduled 5-minute ETH/SOL up/down markets resolving via Chainlink data he didn't even know what structuring was the bot was placing mass volume to capture edge across dozens of active micro-markets and every single trade settled through USDC on-chain every 5 minutes the bot runs the same loop: → pulls live order books across dozens of active micro-markets → estimates fair value using Claude Sonnet 4.6 API inference → detects mispricing above 6% and sizes via kelly criterion → fires the trade, collects payout, rolls into the next market → repeats 288+ times per day without sleeping in 38 days it executed 12,247 transactions at an average size of $27 the problem is that pattern - thousands of small, rapid, sequential transactions flowing through crypto rails - is exactly what the bank secrecy act was written to catch under 31 USC 5324 that's called structuring and it carries civil penalties up to ~$400K or twice the transaction amount per violation, criminal up to 5-10 years and $250K-$500K in fines the bot doesn't know what the IRS is it just knew the expected value math worked: 65% win rate on binary contracts means +$0.10 per dollar risked, compounded across 12,000 trades that's $330K in pure edge his entire infra was a mac mini and a $4.50/month VPS with no accountant, no LLC, no tax software the IRS didn't find him through some sophisticated investigation - his bank's automated AML system flagged the deposit pattern and filed a suspicious activity report before he even knew there was a problem $330K in profit sitting in a wallet and the kid googled "do i need to pay taxes on polymarket" for the first time last tuesday the bot opened 6 new positions while he was on hold with a CPA his trading algorithm is mass accurate and his compliance strategy is mass nonexistent - and somewhere right now there are 50 more kids running the same bot who haven't been flagged yet

The AI boom is running on the biggest energy fraud in history. Everyone is arguing about whether the chips are a bubble. But the real problem is one floor down, in the electricity that is supposed to make the whole thing physically real. And the smartest money on Wall Street is the one funding it. Here's what's going on right now: AI data centers cannot wait years for a grid connection, so they went behind the meter and started generating their own power on-site with fuel cells. One company became the face of that entire trade. Its stock is up more than 1,100% in a single year. It just posted its first billion-dollar quarter, $1.065 billion in revenue, a jump of 166%. In June, Brookfield quintupled its financing commitment to the company from $5 billion to $25 billion, part of a $100 billion AI infrastructure fund. Oracle expanded its own deal to 2.8 gigawatts. The message to the market was clean: The power problem is solved, and the giants are validating it with billions. Then a short seller named Hunterbrook pulled the audited filings on that company, Bloom Energy... What they found was a machine selling to ITSELF. In the fourth quarter of 2025, 74% of Bloom's revenue came from joint ventures Bloom partly owns alongside Brookfield. For all of 2025, around 44% came from related parties. Those joint ventures have names. They are called Bolt US JVCo LLC and ORC HoldCo LLC, both formed in August 2025. Bloom holds a single-digit stake in one and 15% in another, and Brookfield holds the rest. Bloom sells its fuel cells into these financing affiliates and books the revenue on the sale, even though the affiliate is not the customer actually burning the power. Its own auditor, Deloitte, flagged the arrangement as a critical audit matter. So the blowout growth the whole market is celebrating is, in large part, Bloom selling equipment to an entity its own financier controls. Then comes the backlog: Bloom markets a $20 billion order book. According to its audited filings, the binding obligations behind that number were roughly $492 million as of the first quarter of 2026. The headline and the actual contracts are separated by an entire order of magnitude. But the most damning part is the product itself: Hunterbrook pulled 15 years of public generation data. In New York, all 37 metered systems fell below Bloom's own efficiency benchmark at a median of just 20 months, and only one was on pace to survive the five years Bloom advertises. A part-owner of one New York project said Bloom paid them a multimillion-dollar penalty because the cells ran below the promised output. Bloom rejects all of it as false and misleading, stands behind its audited statements, and insists its supply chain does not depend on China. But the joint-venture accounting sits in public footnotes - and the market sided with Bloom anyway. The stock shrugged off both reports and climbed to record highs, because Brookfield and Oracle are sophisticated buyers writing real checks, and the fuel cells are running in the field today. Here is why this reaches far beyond one company: The power layer was the one part of the AI story that everyone treated as solid ground. The chips could be overvalued and the models could disappoint, but surely the electricity was real. If that electricity turns out to be a money loop wrapped around a product that degrades years early, then the foundation under a multi-trillion-dollar buildout is not what the market believes it is. And Brookfield just committed 25 billion more dollars to keep the loop spinning. The receipts have been public for over a month but Wall Street simply decided not to read them. Thoughts?
