This ball was easily blockable only if he would play it expecting it to come in off the seam. But when you play it foolishly expecting it to do nothing off the seam you end up acknowledging the bowler who just bowled a basic in dipper. Very disappointing.

Bloody good ball, but it's a poor technique. So many batters don't play off the front foot properly; they play this type of walking shot (see most of Ben Stokes's dismissals) which gives very little defence against a good ball. Play forward and you don't leave a gap etc...
