Korra was a good Avatar. I got beef with the studio for not giving the writers a proper heads up that they're going to be making more than one season.

I love her reactions so much! she reacted to atla, netflix’s atla, and is on season 4 of tlok rn she also does a lot of pjo stuff

The only reason Vaatu and Unalaq were able to do half of what they did is because Korra helped them and that happens because she ignores the council of her friends and family and she doesn't even connect and ask the past Avatars so in every way her losing the wisdom is her fault

Some people hate her just for the sake of hating her and there are some people that are reasonable and nice when they talk about why they don't like her character. The former sadly just so happens to be the loudest and makes everyone out to be insufferable when that is not true.

It gets worse when you realize that they could blame so many others, but choose to blame Korra. Like it’s interesting that people say “chain of events” for an argument, but it’s like, who started the chain of events though? Was it really Korra? Hell no. You could say Unalaq.

From what I remember, the issue isn’t whether she could have stopped it. It’s that it happened at all. Season 3’s writing was so bad because many instances were contrived. The whole reason Korra ends up her doesn’t feel natural it feels more like the writer wanted this.

I dont “hate” korra, i just dont like the storyline of tlok i guess. I like the amon villain plot and the red lotus plot but i dont like unalaq/spirit plot and kuvira/robot plot if that make sense. Like theres so many villain in a short time and not enough character building.

Personally, I hate Korra because she's obnoxious, arrogant and irritating, aswell as the obvious problems with the lore. Zero respect for those that came before, zero reverence for the spirits, zero charisma and a grating personality. I couldn't sit through any more of it.

Okay I'm all for supporting Korra and I think she was a good avatar that did well with what she had but the way you were talking about Tenzin made me feel an awful lot like Will Smith. Might as well just throw the blame on Aang while you're at it.
