the way the last week has gone needs to be studied in a comms program somewhere. Nothing has been confirmed from team or driver, and media nonstop has been speaking in definitives as to Daniel’s future - to the point his own outlook changed drastically.

it’s irresponsible journalism at best, and malicious at worst. made worse with a complete communication fumble by red bull. It’s been three days and yet no statement in either direction. And yet everyone thinks they know the truth. Shockingly incompetent on all sides.

Give it a day... or two... But probably a day...

They convinced(gaslighted)him to retire that week immediately out of nowhere. He was saying he still wants to be world champion at the beginning of season. Now he is saying that he may be old to be fast? No way sir, damn the Sky Sports and other media puppets for this

🎯

Where was this outrage when Sergio was the topic of endless speculation? Or when Logan's professional obituary was written on a weekly basis? It was nowhere. Because one of those drivers you think deserves it and the other you couldn't care less about.

It's almost as if this is an account dedicated to Daniel, not them. I'm not obligated to talk about every thing that happens in F1

i'm genuinely contemplating using this as a case study for my media studies class bc the way this has snowballed is so baffling

not only that, they've left themselves with egg on their face(s). if nothing changes then they've shown their inability (or refusal?) to shut down baseless rumours. if things do change then they've let a man get hung out to dry and made no effort to mitigate impact. laughable.

yepppp! red bull's own inaction caused the media spiral, now they're backed into a corner with no good options to fix this
