This is the second video I seen where another woman had issues with male shoppers. They have a tendency to not pay attention to anything.

I saw a video recently where the guy shopper sent the customer a picture of what was available for a replacement and the picture showed the actual item that was ordered. I think its time to be able to pay a little extra to request a woman shopper.

To people saying why not just go to the store? you guys are just not getting it, we don’t know the circumstances she in as to why she needed a door dash but regardless of that the service is a available for a reason. The shopper just need to do their job better.

You just have to select your own substitution for each item and/or mark “contact me” if it’s out of stock. They send pics of the section and you can tell them which item you want.

I don't even trust my own husband to get the items that we ALWAYS have in our home when I send him to get something. 😂

Then do your shopping yourself or order through Walmart you lazy cunt

Had one that kept saying stuff was not in stock and then I’d ask are you sure (because I can literally see the amount in store, it’s always accurate), magically the correct item would appear. This is why little boys need to go to groceries stores too!!

Female shoppers aren't better, not even as a small trend. This is a completely imperial opinion based on my own thousands of orders on Instacart. The consistently best shoppers are in my experience over 50 American raised black men. Why? I have no theory, just the data.

In the early days of Covid hd a dude shopper (a chef doing a side hustle for Instacart). He was awesome w subs bc he would get close and explain what to with it. Started hiring him direct, paid direct, gave info to my friends. Find a person and pay them.

Oh dont get me started on when they’d say what I wanted wasn’t available. Only to send a picture of “replacement options”… SURPRISE the item I originally wanted was right there!! I would zoom in on the item and send them the picture back. Ugh.

Both are in the wrong. Driver should have had some common sense on what they should replace not blindly pick anything thay barely close to original item. As for her, she should have pick a replacement incase original item unfound.

Just pay for Walmart +. They’ll text you & ask you to approve a substitute item. If you don’t want it, you can take the item off. Also, you can preorder for the day you want it delivered & what time. You can track your driver as well.
