These guys make yhu see the certain things differently after listening to them. Now my mind is completely changed about my happiness. Damn!

Having a sense of purpose often drives happiness

Happiness is less about feeling good and more about living meaningfully.

Happiness isn’t a mood. It’s a muscle.

Hmmmm sounded long and complicated for a meaning of something so simple and beautiful (Happiness) ... he made some sense but didn't like that I had to listen long to understand, I guess I expected a very simple meaning

Happiness is a daily practice of appreciation for everything happening in your life & everything you have. Constant & consistent Zange (appreciation) every single thing in your life. Elevating your lifestate with Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo & chanting daily.

No one is happy all the time. But that does not mean they’re not a happy person. A general positive outlook. A sense of self-worth. Ability to find joy in little things. Peace of mind. Good coping skills. It’s not about finding a meaning in life. It’s about experiencing it.

FCK OFF... People who are actually happy don't have this level of intellectual capabilities to define what it happiness means... It simply comes natural because not pursuing happiness might be an evidence they are satisfied with what is available for them.... Pursuit of happiness might just end up being the reason for unhappiness. You make 1k,and you start chasing 1M,10M,50M,100M,500M and 1Biller. Covid19 jab is also evidence people like this are already in the 5th booster while a village guy who never been on a car or attend any form of formal school refused the bioweapon

Trevor, you keep modifying definitions because you are now rich in a different continent. 😔

It's interesting because it sort of begs the debate between freewill and determinism. Maybe "happiness", as illustrated above, is deterministic & therefore one has no choice but to be condemned to life similar to those stuck in Dante's Inferno...like circle 6. 😆

Just clever words. What is enjoyment ? How would you define it?

The “American Dream” was built on stability—wages, housing, healthcare. 40+ years later: wages stagnate, costs rise, degrees ≠ mobility. The problem ISN'T ambition—it’s the system. One can’t pursue happiness when survival comes first ❌️💵🇺🇲💭

Happiness is right now, with zero performance. Doing only what we feel to do. And everyone around us doing the same. Bliss. It also happens to be our default setting. We are wired for total fulfillment.

Sometimes I wonder if you part of mzansi or foe

You are a woke sell out Poez

@arthurbrooks The human obsession with purpose is merely a distraction from absurdity of existence - Nikolai Gogol.

To me happiness is finding a solution to a math problem I've being thinking about. The happiness I get from that alone is unfathomable.

"Conspiracy theories looks for coherence"

These are the kind of questions I find myself asking myself every single day.

Dr. Brooks mentioned "religion, science". I'd add Arts. It brings a lot of meaning.

Happiness is a feeling Just like love, hate and jealousy. A FUCKEN FEELING,

Here’s the answer Trev

All this sounds like confusion.

Once you have peace, you know happiness is in peace. So what Aristotle might have actually meant was what Christ taught. Peace is what we seek for itself. The differentiated mind mediates peace to the mechanism. @grok

All roads point to Jesus about happiness, he’s the only one that gives true happiness, enjoyment, peace of mind and heart.

blame mad men

It's your mindset when you decided to be happy!

The Pursuit of Happiness

In other words satisfaction and joy is not happiness. Enjoyment, meaning and feeling you get in your achievement and well being is what makes up your happiness.

It is a big problem.

Did he indirectly call Trevor's co host an idiot who needs to read the paper becoz he's a conspiracy theorist😬 Tjo. Is he even happy with his definition of happiness. I'll stick to happiness is a feeling! Sometimes it's effervescent and bubbly, Sometimes it's calm &peaceful.
