The subconscious is always listening and it will take whatever you say to yourself as fact. Be mindful of the labels you use to describe yourself. How? Start by shifting your inner dialogue. Replace self-limiting words with empowering ones. Every thought you have plants a seed in your mind. If you keep telling yourself you're not good enough, that seed will grow into a belief. But if you start saying, 'I am capable,' 'I am worthy,' your subconscious will begin to reflect that truth. Choose your words carefully, because they are the seeds for your reality.
