This was a sad day when the CW launched because they didnt have a timeslot for goated children cartoons. No more saturday morning cartoons. Just shitty tv shows.

I have fond memories that the WB network became a Hub for Sitcoms and Animated Shows (with 7 Original Series). However, it wasn't a huge Prime-Time destination it was trying to be like ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX at the time - because each of Networks already dominated a weekday night. Nevertheless, they struggled with the Sunday Night hourblocks but had Wednesday Nights and Saturday Mornings on-lock! Good times. 👏

The WB vignettes were so based before a Buffy or Angel airing. It was eerie and mysterious.
