That’s super cooled water. The temperature of the water is below freezing but the molecules haven’t reacted yet. Simply moving the water bottle and disturbing the water molecules will cause it to freeze.

This is a super simple trick. Freeze your bottle like its allmost starting to freeze, slowly remove from freezer and shake it to get this freeze effect.

The water bottle is supercooled. It’s doesn’t turn to ice. It’s more of a slush.
