I have sleep paralysis too. It’s crazy scary when you’re just lying there and can’t move for a minute but are fully awake. You feel so helpless and that min seems like a damn lifetime

For those of us who have experienced this, it’s absolutely terrifying. That’s why I identify with his song “Baptized in Fear” so much. Best song on the album, and it definitely feels like a spiritual experience (good vs evil). But who knows the true meaning of those experiences
