love it. my son is only 9 and his travel coach challenged the team to do 10 pushups a day a few weeks ago. My son said well if everyone is doing 10, shouldn't I do 20? I tried to conceal my smile and said yes. He can do 20-25 straight pushups now after only a few weeks of doing it.

Which I think is the most imp thing you mentioned. I have to ask .. as a coach of 12yr old girls .. when's the right time to intro weights? There's a fear of putting to much on them before the body truly develops
