I lived in Idaho 20 years and moved down south a year ago. There were times I wanted to drive, on a weekend, to the ranch and check it out. Maybe a portal, a door, a spiritual world exists 100%.

And I believe him to be a man of honor, such that he will not breach that legal obligation, no matter how much he wants to tell the story. It's highly likely that @RobertTBigelow is aware of the location of those files and who also possesses the official reports. The @CIA, @ODNIgov, and @NUSAICRBX are also likely to be aware of the location of those files. Anyone who says otherwise is flat-out lying, and they are doing this to cover their asses!

Does anyone at BAASS have transmittal records? I ask because the DIRDs and some progress/accounting records were contractual deliverables. This database of reports people are looking for was not. It wasn't in the contracted data rights. It looks like something DIA was never actually interested in. So it's not necessarily weird that they wouldn't have it. We only have Lacatski et al suggesting they sent it, but it was BAASS, not DIA that had the archive system.
