President Trump said something similar yesterday complaining about the JCPOA's short duration. Separately Rubio says E3 have a decision to make on invoking the snapback sanctions mechanism. He says we should all anticipate based on the public comments yesterday that they are about to get a report from the IAEA that says not just is Iran out of compliance [with the JCPOA] but Iran is dangerously close to a weapon, closer than it has ever been. If Iran is out of compliance, they have to reimpose sanctions [using snapback]."
