Love this track. Always have. John Entwistle singing falsetto during the climax is next level. Also, loved how this song was used during the montage scene in the movie Rushmore. Perfect.

I was the drummer in a band many years ago and we covered this as well as many other Who songs. I could tell who didn't know the song by them clapping at the changes, thinking it's over well ahead of when it actually was.

Yeah, a couple years back the wife asked me if I wanted to go with friends to see The Who. I TIRED to be diplomatic. "You mean the 1968 Who? Definitely! But the current version? Um... I'll pass." So they went to the show and I watched the above clip over and over as loud as possible.
