We get it but they were always gonna draft a qb next year, and then best case scenario you have 2 good young qbs and can trade one. They will see him day in and day out all year. Every comment you said was true and correct except Kenny Pickett comment. Only reason Rudolph stayed in was Pickett was injured and team was winning when Rudolph played it was end of year they just fired Canada and Tomlin didn’t want to mess with QB after a few wins. Pickett played fine first game Canada was fired and first quarter of next game before he was injured. Canada was the problem not Pickett it amazes me so many can’t comprehend how bad Canada and Tomlin enabled this was for Pickett’s development

Other than that, he’s kinda cooked. This was his opportunity to show he can compete. Steelers still probably draft a QB, but if he balled out, maybe you give him a real shot

Nothing wrong with that. His career as a Steeler isn’t over. He still could be a long term backup for years, which is probably what they plan when drafted
