Tulsa's Police Chief, Wendell Franklin, recently expressed his support for a 9/11-style response to gun violence and suggested that people may need to sacrifice their freedoms in exchange for gun control measures & safety. In an interview posted by NPR, Franklin criticized constitutional carry, advocated for stricter regulations on so-called "ghost guns," and hinted at the implementation of waiting periods for purchasing commonly owned firearms like the AR-15. Franklin, emphasizing the expertise of law enforcement in protecting the nation, stated, "We are the subject matter experts at protecting America, right? Protecting our cities. And, you know, we should be utilizing that in that manner." He believes that if there are better methods of safeguarding the community, they should be explored even though the supreme court ruled that they are not responsible for your individual safety. He stated, "Ultimately, I’m a Second Amendment guy... But I’m okay giving up some of that freedom, right? We had to give up some of that freedom after 9/11. I’m okay with waiting three days, five days, or whatever to get my firearm if I go out and purchase another firearm. Yes on the videos we have so far. The initial encounter was him filming them. There was no gun being brandished. They jumped out of vehicles to go to try to intimidate him. Unfortunately there's no video yet between then and when they had them on the ground. When they had him on the ground they were pistol whipping him, at first it looked like a baton, but it's actually a gun. They had him down with at least five officers. You got to wait for a second so he tried to stand up they shot him in the back he was motionless after they shot him in the back. Then there were four more shots or more after that unloaded into his body from a posture of standing above him. Not a defensive posture. He's supposedly has a gun. It looks like ICE took something out of a holster. So it's likely that he did have a HOLSTERED GUN in an open carry state that is not a reason to shoot someone to death. He was not brandishing it -- again it was his camera. That was the reason for the initial approach was to intimidate him about his camera. It is perfectly legal to film ice This is out not murder once again. Now there is some sort of speculation on social that a gun was dropped and a bullet went off. That would be the ICE AGENTS who took the gun out of his holster. I'll post some videos for people to see in the order that they happened.

I replied: "The easiest way to do this by taking the food they like, changing the ingredients in that food, and serving it to them. I don't get a whole lot of push back on that and it's healthy for them." "We can serve them lasagna or pancakes, although it's not quite lasagna and pancakes, it tastes pretty darn close." We use Maria Emmerich recipes to help with this and we try to get them on the low carb thing as quickly as possible.

This incident below took place in Los Angeles over the weekend. A homeowner in LA just pulled up to his home, where his wife, a nanny, and his five-month old baby were in the house. Two armed men approach him as he is about to unlock his door, but he turned the tables on them, pulling out his handgun and firing at them. If it weren’t for him being armed, who knows what would have happened to him and his family? I am personally of the believe that the 2nd Amendment is important. I believe every law-abiding citizen should be allowed to own a gun. I also believe that we need much stronger regulations on certain guns like AR-15s. It’s time we come together on the matter of gun violence. Guns can be a proper self-defense tool. At the sometime I do think that we should be applying the same regulations that we have on short-barreled rifles to other guns like the AR-15. Let’s make it more expensive and more difficult for people to obtain some of these more deadly mass-killing weapons. (note, no one was shot in this video. The suspects are still at large at the time I'm posting this video.)

I’m proud of the progress this Rayce Rudeen Foundation team is making right now. We didn’t qualify as well as we wanted at the #Vegas4WideNats, but, with the Four-Wide, I don’t feel it is that important for eliminations. We were runner-up in the first quad (four cars) on a tie (time) and then, we outright won the next round and that makes us feel like we are gaining on it. I told the team that we are way ahead of where we were last week at Phoenix. And that was way ahead of the runs at Gainesville and Pomona. I feel like the team is doing a great job improving with each race, and we are in the window that we can make some small adjustments and pick speed. I think the crew is a little dejected with the final, but from the boss’ perspective, I can see us gaining on it. And we made great progress in just a week. I like seeing them pout a bit right now because of losing, but I’ll get them smiling again and ready for Charlotte. We will focus on the positive moving forward. 🎥 Las Vegas Motor Speedway

San Diego Road Trip Took a little road trip to SD with good buddy WeHoTickles and met up with KyDonavan when we were down there for some gang tickling fun. We put out the bat-signal and got a few more guys to come by and get wrecked by three Lers at once. And we would switch and another would jump in the fray to get the daylights tickled out of them. This was such a fun time and met some great people that I can't wait to get my hands on again.

My cousins and my brother and I were exploring Coney Island, we saw the sights, hung out at the arcades and before we went back to the apartment we decided to go and get something to eat, we had some money on us but not much so we decided to see what we could get at one of the vendors. This was back in the early 90’s when most of them had dollar slices of pizza wherever we went. So we got 4 pieces of pizza, should have been $4 because that’s the price we were used to. The guy wanted to charge us $24 at $6 a slice. We argues with him because one of my cousins already took a bite being so hungry. But at the least we owed $4. We gave the other slices back and refused them but had to pay for the partially eaten one, it was embarrassing that an adult would try that on a bunch of kids. We told our uncle what happened and he went back and yelled at the vendor. He was familiar with them because he used to get slices all the time from the same guy and he never charged my uncle that price. I couldn’t imagine paying that exurban amount, like this guy who was being charged $54 for a hotdog by one of the vendors. At first he thought it was a typo and it was $5.40 but the vendor. Learned it up when he said no it was $54. Would you have paid that amount? I would have walked away, clearly he was trying to possibly scam a the man for looking like a tourist. Part of the experience when visiting a new area is the street food but it’s becoming more and more a chore avoiding places like this.

This is starting to look like a country that I am no longer proud to have served I've been working my entire adult life and I have paid half or more than half back to the government in some way, shape or form in taxes for the past 30 years, and if you don't believe me, look up everything that you have that is taxed - State income tax - Federal income tax - Property taxes - Payroll taxes - Medicare taxes - Medicaid taxes - Sales taxes - Everything is taxed. Everything. And we have a political apparatus where half of them say that if you don't keep us in power, we will steal from you so that we can import people that will. So shut up and go back to work. And another side of the aisle that is either in on it or is totally complete chicken sh*t and won't do anything about it and won't even try to actually represent the people that vote for them. Is anybody else getting to a point where we feel like we cannot vote our way out of this? Where does that leave us? Because nothing is going to happen about the fraud. Nothing. All of the fraud that Elon Musk and DOGE exposed, the Republican Congress put it on the back burner and refused to f*cking vote on it. Turned around to the American voter that put them in power and extended one of these. It doesn't matter what we do this situation is completely freaking unstable, totally and completely unsustainable. It's a waste of time to vote, and it's a waste of energy to pay taxes so that we can give it to people that are going to steal from us. And then we can send it to other countries that hate us, and we can send it to people in the European Union that look down their nose at the American worker and say, good little, go back to work. It's putting us in a helpless situation. And I don't think the people in Washington living in that bubble realize the anger that is fuming outside of the borders of that city. And I am not interested in watching another theatrical Congressional hearing where a couple of ballsy Republicans out a corrupt leftist and then nothing happens. Accountability and a f*cking tax strike is what needs to happen”

This is starting to look like a country that I am no longer proud to have served I've been working my entire adult life and I have paid half or more than half back to the government in some way, shape or form in taxes for the past 30 years, and if you don't believe me, look up everything that you have that is taxed - State income tax - Federal income tax - Property taxes - Payroll taxes - Medicare taxes - Medicaid taxes - Sales taxes - Everything is taxed. Everything. And we have a political apparatus where half of them say that if you don't keep us in power, we will steal from you so that we can import people that will. So shut up and go back to work. And another side of the aisle that is either in on it or is totally complete chicken sh*t and won't do anything about it and won't even try to actually represent the people that vote for them. Is anybody else getting to a point where we feel like we cannot vote our way out of this? Where does that leave us? Because nothing is going to happen about the fraud. Nothing. All of the fraud that Elon Musk and DOGE exposed, the Republican Congress put it on the back burner and refused to f*cking vote on it. Turned around to the American voter that put them in power and extended one of these. It doesn't matter what we do this situation is completely freaking unstable, totally and completely unsustainable. It's a waste of time to vote, and it's a waste of energy to pay taxes so that we can give it to people that are going to steal from us. And then we can send it to other countries that hate us, and we can send it to people in the European Union that look down their nose at the American worker and say, good little, go back to work. It's putting us in a helpless situation. And I don't think the people in Washington living in that bubble realize the anger that is fuming outside of the borders of that city. And I am not interested in watching another theatrical Congressional hearing where a couple of ballsy Republicans out a corrupt leftist and then nothing happens. Accountability and a f*cking tax strike is what needs to happen”

The GOP must be destroyed and replaced with a populist coalition. Another name for that is post-constitutional mob rule. “The right has to give up on free markets.” My problem with Tucker isn’t the Jew hatred, that’s between him and God, although I have the right to call him out on it and I will everyday. My problem with Tucker and his merry little band of comrades is that they are authoritarians who don’t believe in freedom and liberty. That is what makes them dangerous because they use the Israel issue and the Jew hatred as a scapegoat to get you to be so frustrated and angry that you give up your freaking civil liberties and your freedoms and give in to authoritarians. That’s why Tucker is dangerous not because he’s a Jew hater. The only way America Only works is if we are going to be conquering the rest of the world and bringing them down under us and if that’s what the goal is, then I would like to hear people say it openly and honestly.

And then what happened over Monday and Tuesday, while the President was at the G7, is that maybe foreign leaders were talking to the Iranians and encouraging them to do that. The American people want to see the text of this deal. We would certainly like to get it out as soon as possible."
