During the altercation, one student physically fought with a school official who was attempting to break up the fight, prompting the officer to immediately request emergency assistance. - While trying to stop the fight, the officer observed a student attempting to retrieve an item from a backpack. Believing the student could be reaching for a weapon, the officer confiscated two backpacks and turned them over to school staff. - The officer escorted one involved student to the school office, while a large crowd of students followed behind and continued attempting to fight the detained student. - The officer then attempted to detain a second student who was actively trying to continue the fight. The student refused commands, ran into a crowd where additional fights were occurring, and then struck the officer in an attempt to avoid being detained. - As the officer escorted the second student toward the school office, the student repeatedly pulled away and continued resisting. You can't reject peace, choose hostility, and still expect the world to see you as the victim. The incident began when an officer pulls 22 year old India Mixon over after running her license plate and finding that her registration/license is suspended. When the officer approaches her vehicle, Mixon immediately becomes defensive, arguing that she just sent out a check to resolve the issue. The officer repeatedly asks to see her driver's license and proof of insurance, explaining that he is conducting a traffic stop and needs to identify her. Mixon refuses to cooperate or hand over her ID, claiming she does not have to produce it, and instead focuses on calling her case manager on her phone. As Mixon continues to refuse to identify herself, the officer warns her that she will be arrested if she does not cooperate. She is seen repeatedly reaching around the interior of her car, despite multiple commands from the officer to stop. After several minutes of non-compliance, the officer orders her out of the vehicle. When she refuses to step out, the officer opens the car door and physically removes her to place her in handcuffs. Mixon resists and accuses the officers of targeting her because of her race. Palm Bay, Florida — an officer says he watched the driver of a white Mercedes take a drink from the small bottle while she was still behind the wheel, before he had even spoken to her. The stop only got worse from there. She denied having an open container, refused repeated commands to step out, and insisted on calling her husband instead. Then, when the officer opened the door to remove her, she s!apped his arm. That turned an already bad traffic stop into a felony arrest. Officers later recovered the empty liquor bottle from the front seat. She partially attempted field sobriety testing, refused to continue, and later declined a breath test. She was ultimately convicted of felony battery on a law-enforcement officer, DUI second offense, and refusal to submit to testing. The resisting-with-violence charge was dropped. She received two years of state probation for the felony battery charge.

I have to say this arrest video really caught me off guard. Female police officer pulls over a truck for not coming to a complete stop at a stop, sign. The woman behind the wheel obliges and gives her drivers license. The officer discovers that the woman’s insurance had lapsed two days earlier so she commands of the woman to get out of her car. The woman wants to know why in the officer says I don’t have to give you a reason get out of the car this escalates as you can imagine the officer proceeds to drag the woman out of her car, slap her around and get extremely rough with her.. Shockingly so for something like this.. I want your opinions on this one because I’m generally pro law-enforcement, but this seems over the top. She gave this woman a concussion. There’s more to the story and I will Post part two for context the and conclusion.

In #Gujarat's #Ahmedabad, a woman driving her vehicle was stopped by the police for a driving licence check. While she was searching for her licence, it took some time. During this time, the woman asked the police officer to show his identification card. While returning the ID card to the officer, it accidentally slipped from her hand and fell on the ground. Following this, the police officer slapped the woman. As seen in the video, the officer later attempted to hit her with a baton but was stopped by other police personnel present at the scene. The woman later went to the police station to file a complaint; however, no FIR was registered based on her complaint. Instead, an FIR was registered against the woman for allegedly driving without a licence.

Police officer pulls over a woman for distracted driving because he thought he saw her hold a phone with her right hand while driving. Turns out she doesn’t have a right hand which she shows to the officer.. He brings it to court anyway. If you were this cop, would you have let her go once you saw that she did not have a right hand? In the end, the charges were dismissed. In my opinion, the officer should have laughed it off and said sorry my mistake, but I might be wrong about that.
