The woman repeatedly kept one hand hidden behind her back despite commands from the officer. Then, in a split second, she rushed toward the officer while pulling something from behind her back. People love to judge these situations from the comfort of a couch, but officers have milliseconds to...

Here is the FULL body cam footage of the arrest and the events that led up to it. And here is a breakdown of what ACTUALLY happened. - On May 20th at approximately 12:34 p.m., a Fairfield Police Officer serving as a School Resource Officer responded to a large physical fight involving multiple students at Fairfield High School. During the altercation, one student physically fought with a school official who was attempting to break up the fight, prompting the officer to immediately request emergency assistance. - While trying to stop the fight, the officer observed a student attempting to retrieve an item from a backpack. Believing the student could be reaching for a weapon, the officer confiscated two backpacks and turned them over to school staff. - The officer escorted one involved student to the school office, while a large crowd of students followed behind and continued attempting to fight the detained student. - The officer then attempted to detain a second student who was actively trying to continue the fight. The student refused commands, ran into a crowd where additional fights were occurring, and then struck the officer in an attempt to avoid being detained. - As the officer escorted the second student toward the school office, the student repeatedly pulled away and continued resisting. Additional officers arrived to assist with the escalating situation. - The second student suddenly broke free and turned aggressively toward the officer after already assaulting him. Another responding officer immediately performed a takedown maneuver to stop the student before the situation escalated further and to protect the officer from additional harm. - Even after being taken to the ground, the second student continued resisting arrest by tensing his arms, covering his face, and refusing to place his hands behind his back while officers attempted to handcuff him. - Officers used distraction strikes to gain compliance after repeated failed attempts to secure the student’s hands. The student eventually complied and was placed under arrest. - Officers later located sharp objects, including a screwdriver, inside the confiscated backpacks. Both students were arrested for causing a disturbance on a school campus and resisting arrest. According to police, no officers or students were injured during the incident. Do I REALLY need to point out that the officer himself is black?

You can't reject peace, choose hostility, and still expect the world to see you as the victim. The incident began when an officer pulls 22 year old India Mixon over after running her license plate and finding that her registration/license is suspended. When the officer approaches her vehicle, Mixon immediately becomes defensive, arguing that she just sent out a check to resolve the issue. The officer repeatedly asks to see her driver's license and proof of insurance, explaining that he is conducting a traffic stop and needs to identify her. Mixon refuses to cooperate or hand over her ID, claiming she does not have to produce it, and instead focuses on calling her case manager on her phone. As Mixon continues to refuse to identify herself, the officer warns her that she will be arrested if she does not cooperate. She is seen repeatedly reaching around the interior of her car, despite multiple commands from the officer to stop. After several minutes of non-compliance, the officer orders her out of the vehicle. When she refuses to step out, the officer opens the car door and physically removes her to place her in handcuffs. Mixon resists and accuses the officers of targeting her because of her race. Additional officers arrive on the scene to assist. Mixon becomes increasingly hysterical, claims that she is homeless and that all of her belongings are inside the vehicle, which is being prepared for towing due to the suspended registration. Mixon as$aults one of the officers and winds up having a "spit hood" secured over her head. In the end, she is charged with driving under suspension, simple assault, and as$ault on a police officer and her car was towed.

This level of entitlement shows no bounds... Inside a holding area, a male police officer confronted a handcuffed woman sitting on a bench. He asks her directly, "Why do you steal?" to which she adamantly demands that only female officers handle her case, yelling, "I want a woman to touch me. Woman only!" The male officer agrees to accommodate her request for a female officer but notes that she needs to wear a protective mesh hood first. He places a spit hood (a breathable fabric hood used by law enforcement to protect officers from being b!tten or spit on) over her head. A female officer enters to take over the interaction. The woman becomes significantly calmer with her, allowing the female officer to touch her hair and adjust the hood. During this time, the suspect launches into an aggressive verbal rant directed at the male officer, making highly personal insults and accusations regarding his personal life and consent. When the female officer asks her to stand up and walk to another room, the suspect refuses, claiming she cannot move because she is in handcuffs. She then k!cks out her leg at the female officer. Because of her physical non-compliance and lashing out, the male officer steps back in to physically lift and secure her. The suspect begins screaming and resisting, shouting at him to get his hands off of her. After the struggle, the woman ends up on the floor. The officers explain that they have to get her off the ground so she doesn't hit her head. The suspect openly states: "I don't trust any of them except the black guy." A Black officer steps over to assist her, prompting her to reiterate, "I hate white men," multiple times as they successfully lift her back up and continue the booking process. This clip perfectly captures the staggering level of entitlement and delusion some people carry into a jail cell. Despite being arrested for theft and actively fighting the booking process, she somehow believes she is in a position to demand a bespoke, customized booking experience. She flips seamlessly from hurling deeply personal, unhinged insults about consent at a male officer, to weaponizing raw racism the second a Black officer steps in to help her off the floor. The irony of a white woman screaming "I hate white men" and dropping blatant racial preferences while being restrained for kicking a female officer is as hypocritical as it is exhausting. It is a textbook display of a chaotic, entitled suspect trying—and completely failing—to dictate the rules to the very people holding the handcuffs.
