I would assume that everyone commenting that it is "raw" are Americans with kids' palates. French omelette, omurice, and torta española. They're supposed to have a delicious creamy texture. I don't see anybody having issues with sunny-side-up eggs. Tiramisu uses fucking raw eggs!

The doneness is fine if you don't split it. Let the person served decide if they want to split it to keep it goopy, or let it keep cooking at the table as they eat it from the end first. Omurice is overrated anyway. It's not like fine dining. They eat it with ketchup. 🤣 Most people would prefer an omelet filled with something delicious that you've cooked in another pan.
