the fact is most of us online trying to raise awareness of the two tier justice system, the illegal immigration crisis or the r*pe gangs are all at risk of being arrested. this should NEVER EVER be happening in a free democratic society' the cons started this free fall with the 'online safety act', that was to regulate online content. then the 'public order act', which expanded police powers to restrict protest then there was the 'counter terrorism & security act 2015', which affected free speech in acedemia among other things. but then labour decided to stick the boot in by halting cons 'higher education (freedom of speech) act 2023' which would have fined uni's & student unions for failing to protect free speech. then the 'employment rights bill', which has a clause in it making employers liable for third party harassment of staff. labour then pushed to expand 'non crime hate incidents' which in effect would police 'thoughts'. then the 'online safety act 2023', was toughened allowing starmer to press tech firms to remove hateful content & now there's talk of expanding it to cover health misinformation. & finally labours 'definition of islamophobia' which aims to standardise how anti-muslim hatred is addressed. this attack on free speech was started by conservatives & made worse by labour, they are all at it. every party wants to stifle our speech but why? because they cannot control a free people & you are only as free as your speech allows!

Like the plot to a dystopian movie, New York will now monitor social media writings, collect data, and use law enforcement to crack down on any expression it deems to be hate speech.
