I think there should really be a bounty system so you could get a reward for killing this guy next match, and maybe he could be marked on the map for everyone to see. Aztecross had this idea recently on his stream.

everyone whining about this... did you not play the damn tutorial?? the FIRST thing that happens is some NPC human shoots at you and you kill him, then you get killed by two guys who freak out over being able to steal your 2 bandages. this is how the game INTRODUCES ITS WORLD

The only reason to kill someone in this game is to be able to loot them. People who do this probably get shoved into lockers IRL

Hear me out…reputation system. Were all supposed to be from the same city underground, were not in any kind of factions or gangs, doesnt make sense to take each other out tbh. Some kind of indication whether a player at least tends to kill players (1/2)

I got a refund cuz I couldn’t even compete the 2nd quest from people mowing me down while in a box. Game is filled with a-holes. Devs need to do better for fair PvP. This is coming from a New World vet btw. PvP is a big time for me, this game, is not PvP.

This is the part I don’t get. Even in Tarkov/The Division, when you exfil camp or kill. They’re getting your stuff. Here, they just straight up kill you for the hell of it lol I’ve played like a rat a lot so far, but always for gear. I don’t see the point in this

Had the exact same thing. I helped two guys to get in the elevator and they killed me. Couldn't even take my loot. Just stupid af.

I’ve had a few of those experiences myself, and to be fair, they really add to the tension. If everyone were honest and friendly, I don’t think it would be nearly as thrilling or rewarding. Seeing that loading screen after a successful raid brings such a sense of relief, and an even greater feeling of success and accomplishment… because against the odds, the arcs, noobs and villains you won.

It's one thing to kill the person because you want their stuff, but to kill them just to be a dick so they don't get to extract certainly is shit behavior. Those defending these sorts of actions all seem to be arrogant little ego trips too.

bUt ItS pVP sTOp CrYiNg Brother no it's not. No one is complaining that he got downed running into the elevator, that was PvP. Shooting him while he cannot fight back, WHILE HE'S LITERALLY CALLING THE ELEVATOR, and then finishing him for no other reason than spite, is not PvP.

"Rogue" system in Division was great, and should be here in some form as well. This guy isn't engaging in standard PvP, he's player killing. He wants his loot piñatas. Make it dangerous to engage in this behaviour and you'll see a decrease in it.

While I’m not encouraging this gameplay, brother did run into another raiders extract without communicating whatsoever .. personally I may have knocked him but not finished him. Oyy!

Use a hatch key or just don't get caught lacking. This is the high risk/high reward thrill the game offers

Killing another Arc Raider could make you go rogue and prevent you from extracting for X amount of time along with revealing your location. Speranza doesn’t seem to support you killing other raiders so it could be a cool function.

Honestly quite incredible how many people are here in the comments pretending not to understand why people disapprove of the behavior in this clip

Lots of people bitching about PvP in a PvPvE game. PvP comes first, PvE second. People talking about "I refunded the game because I couldn't even complete the 2nd quest." My brother in christ, its not a story game. The quests are there just to get you to visit different POIs on the map, that is LITERALLY it. Stop bitching, you are all gonna ruin it for the rest of us. The game is great, learn to play slow, scope out areas you are going to, and dont try to extract with random raiders. Simple as.

Take a picture of their name. If you see them again gun them down every single time and tell others. By the time they become a public enemy they will hate the game.

While I agree this guy sucks and is a dick, the possibility of other players being bad guys like this, the “anything goes” nature of the world is what adds to the tension of the game. If everyone was nice and cooperative all the time there wouldn’t be as much tension

Facts.

I’ve literally been that guy knocked out, and I still wouldn’t change a thing about PVP. Just regain and watch your back or attemp diplomacy next time you spawn in. That’s where the intensity comes from.

Yup. At that point you can't even loot them anymore either, so why kill them and ruin their day like that? That's exactly why I haven't bought it yet. It would infuriate me to no end. I think that should be one change they need to make. If you're on the elevator, you get to keep your loot. Thoughts?

try Escape from Tarkov, it is much more friendly.

The raider I have issue with is the really dumb solo player who has over 7 minutes left but is rushing a busy elevator with other raiders and ARC all over it while failing to dodge roll the hornet. Skill issue, 100% deserved.

I’m just tired of PvP games. This loos like it would be an awesome PVE game with optional PvP instead of it being mandatory. PVP is everywhere and it’s tiring.

Latino players are the worst.

I honestly don't see the point in killing someone at that point, you can't get there loot and it's not like it's hard to get more stuff for the next round.
