Issues. 1. Requires being pulled. Only useful for people that can't swim that are awake while underwater. 2. Only holds you up by one wrist. You will drown if you lose conciseness while floating. 3. Likely only holds people up to a certain bodyweight. 4. They would have to give these away for free for people to consider wearing them as they are useful in so few cases.

It's a great item, and it's even more effective if you wear it on both hands if possible.

This is too small to help unlike the co2 in wetsuits big wave surfers use... It literally needs to be 3x-4x larger to really have the desired effect.

My life jackets have same CO2 cartridge but w an added water sensor if u fall out of boat. This 1 looks good for divers or people that can't swim
