Even at this young age they set a standard that others often imitated but never duplicated.

The Nicholas Brothers were amazing performers and embodied the talents, perservance, and brilliance of many Black performers of the era. They, along with 'Bojangles Robinson, and others took the art of dance to a new level and inspired generations of great Black dancers to come.

Amazing!!!! To think of what Black folks in America were dealing with in 1936 and we still found the time, mental fortitude, and energy to learn, perfect, and perform. This was therapy for them and their parents I’m sure. Also amazing to know that they performed into the 1990s.
