Face to face Monday❤️ So 42 weeks ago i decided to start my weightloss journey to change my lifestyle for the better and stop things spiralling out of control drastically. Behind the scenes I’ve been bettering & working hard on myself and improving each week and also improved my mental state💙 I’ve lost an amount weight of 8st 3.5lbs with a lot more to lose so the hard work continues. I hate that weight loss isn’t permanent. 😭 You have to keep maintaining it. I’ve gained a little weight because my eating habits changed. 🫩 But here’s what gives me peace: I’ve done it before, so I know I can do it again. Progress isn’t erased by a setback. It just means it’s time to get back to the habits that got me there in the first place. 💛

In less than a month I’ve gotten two new jobs, a new baby kitty that is so insanely loving and literally just landed in my life, incredible new clients that I am so excited to work with, I’ve remained sober through one of the most challenging things I’ve ever been faced with, as well as abstinent from other “worldly temptations”, I’ve connected with the MOST incredible sponsor and therapist for myself, both of which cost me nothing. The amount of blessings and growth that has taken place is more than I can truly explain. Every way I turn there is something to be grateful for. God is so good. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. 🤍🦃

My daily swimmaxing routine: - every morning before work, 7am, 30 min - another one in the evening after work, 7-8pm - best stress relief I’ve found (on par with lifting) - bad day just dissolves once I’m in the water - sleep is deeper, next day I’ve more energy - also for me salty water helps more vs fresh water so I stick to the sea/ocean when I can, but in winter a pool will do too Took a while to build the habit (sometimes I feel lazy) but now I can’t skip it. The video is from this morning.
