It also largely has to do with time. Alot of my friends that have the potential to get to Challenger but simply cant get challenger unless they have 70%+ winrate on top of playing 100 games per week . This discouraged people from even trying

Everyone who abused aegis in this ealry season are now probably 600+lp higher than previous rank without even improved! That's why emrald 2025 are now diamond / very low master 2026. Diamond 2025 are now 300-800lp etc..

Took me like 45 days to get chall on my second account starting from d4 and it was on Top which is probably hardest role to climb on. I was gm peaked chall split 1. I think it is possible to climb. When I got to gm my lp gains became like -33 +28.

Find me one Master player that abused the system to get to Challenger. This account would need to have Challenger rank but only play against Master tier players. Since if they play against Challenger players, then their MMR is truly Challenger and they have not abused anything.

problem comes from lower ranks. master has 20k+ players. it should be filtering system for gm and chall.
