The ending of their romance quest was a bit disappointing. Essentially, she ghosts you after their quest because she doesn’t see a future with a vampire. But more importantly, if you give her the reward at the end, it feels like she gets to restart her life, and basically Coen isn’t human or even a possibility for her anymore. She also ghosts you right after fucking you. 😂 The reason I find the ending of their quest a bit lacklustre is because it just feels done and finished. At least in the Mass Effect games or BG3 romances, the romance continues to progress throughout the game. There’s still intimacy or some sort of feeling that the character is still there and that the relationship is ongoing. I don’t necessarily think the way the game ends their quest is bad storytelling; I just felt it was a bit abrupt. The St. Trina quest was awesome, though!

Anca is such a well written character. She also genuinely reacts to danger when shes with coen on some quests unlike other npc is a lot of games that just shrug their shoulders when literal monsters appear. Their chemistry is also so good yes. Milf witch romance option.

God forbid a women just want a male companion and not a whole romance plot. She helps Coen immensely and while Coen can love her she is not required to love him back. Coen is respectful enough to accept and in the prologue still care about her.

I meant it the way I said it. She‘s using him. She‘s a „friend“, but that‘s it. She keeps her true intentions hidden and uses Coen until he‘s already deep enough where backing out gets difficult. She keeps reciprocating his advances with „You already know the answer“ bullshit and after she gives you pity sex she pulls the plug and tells you how she really feels. She should simply be honest, we would love to help her, but cut the ulterior motives. You want the font? Just say it.

You know the great part about the romance in this game is both women fuck you and reject you afterwards and only the gay dude wants to be a couple. Also every group in this game is morally ambiguous except the Jews. Makes you wonder how they got funding.
