This scene may be the end of EO. El said 'luv you' to Liv-essentially his good-bye. As has been have suggested, Wolf may end up pairing Liv with her husband (PH) as his way to end Olivia Benson/SVU. Will always wonder what the plan was in bringing back Elliot. Such a waste.
