DeFi has always been “figure it out yourself” finance. Finding yield is easy, but everything that comes after is not. Too many steps, too many apps, too much friction. So how the hell do we fix that? We sat down in Cannes for an ecosystem roundtable with LI.FI, Lido, Gearbox Protocol, and to chat about why the system still feels broken and what might fix it.

It’s WAY bigger than just an RBI Somewhere around the country… a parent is walking to their child’s room with tears in their eyes… To show them a video of someone who looks like them… doing things that they never thought they could. But it’s not just about those other kids or families…. I think it’s easy for people to pull for PB because they always see his big smile, and positivity… The truth is… PB probably needed that win much more than we could ever know. We’re proud of you brother… and love you. Keep grinding baby. You have more people supporting you than you could ever imagine. We still have more steps to take. It’s WAY bigger than just an RBI 🤟🏴‍☠️

This is a PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY! The Cult of Trump is real, and it’s exerting influence every single day. People are being brainwashed by Trump’s tactics, and we need to take action. Here are the three key steps we need to take right now: 1. Preventative Education- Inoculation 2. Training therapists, families and friends for strategic Interaction 3. Support for Recovery I’ve been actively working on these fronts, modeling what needs to be done. Our country is deeply polarized, and the only way to heal is to help those caught in MAGA’s grip understand that there is a way out. Share this with your loved ones to remind them: no matter how deep someone is, there’s always hope for change.

She's a 27-year-old samba coach who makes $13,000 a month teaching a dance most people are too scared to try. $3k is the studio. The other $10k comes from filming the lessons. Here's the mechanic nobody expects: samba looks impossible. Feet moving faster than the eye tracks, a rhythm that seems unlearnable. So when she breaks one move into three slow steps on camera, people don't just watch — they try. In their kitchen. Right then. And a video you attempt is a video you replay, save, and send to a friend. She's not selling a performance. She's selling "wait, maybe I could actually do that." That's why her clips outrun flashier dance videos: the flashy ones make you feel like you never could. Hers make you feel like you're one tutorial away. Aspiration keeps you watching. Instruction makes you come back. Where the $10k comes from: Online classes — the free clips are a funnel; the paid course is the product. Built once, sells nightly. Brand deals — dancewear, shoes, fitness apps pay for a real instructor with a watching audience. Studio bookings — locals find her through a 5-million-view breakdown, then walk in the door. Zero editing on her end. Phone on a tripod, AI cuts the clearest steps to the beat, captions the counts, schedules the week. Teaching is the content. The lesson isn't "learn samba." It's that teaching a hard skill in slow, stealable steps beats showing off every time — people follow what they think they can copy. What's a skill you could break down that everyone thinks is too hard? Drop it below — follow so you catch the next one.

A lot of you truly grew up with BTS 🥹 It’s been over a decade, so much has changed in your lives, so many chapters opened and closed. But if you’re lucky, some things stay… like the artists whose music became your companion through it all. Take Ellen and Brian, for example, I remember watching their covers from 6 years ago! Now, they’ve got a little “junior ARMY” 🥹 And they’re still here, dancing to BTS, watching their child fall in love with the same group that’s been part of their story all along. They shared : “ 11 years ago, we posted our first BTS dance cover. After many covers, tutorials, DIY outfits, and concerts, we now get to share it with a tiny new dance partner. Once Asher saw Brian's cover of SWIM, he really wanted to learn the dance and join us. Watching our kid genuinely enjoy BTS's music and move with us is a feeling we can't put into words” Isn’t that amazing??😍 🔗

Tchaikovsky – Swan Lake: Dance of the Little Swans When Four Bodies Become a Single Living Being There is something quietly extraordinary about Dance of the Little Swans (Danse des petits cygnes). The little swans are at their most beautiful precisely when they can no longer fly in their own way. In ballet, the arms are often a symbol of freedom. They shape the body's lines, express emotion, and reveal each dancer's individuality. Yet in this brief dance, Lev Ivanov begins by doing the exact opposite. Four dancers link their arms together. They willingly bind themselves. They are no longer completely free to move as four separate individuals. And from that loss of freedom, something remarkable emerges: Four bodies begin to function as one. This is the defining essence of Dance of the Little Swans: It is a dance in which the disappearance of individual identity gives rise to a single artistic body. One Locked Pair of Arms Changed Everything At first glance, the four dancers' interlocked arms seem to be nothing more than a charming image of young swans staying close together. In reality, however, this is the very point from which the entire choreography grows. In ballet, the arms do far more than create beautiful shapes. They help maintain balance. They support movement. They allow each dancer to express a unique personality. Once the arms are linked together, all four dancers lose part of their ability to move independently. No one can fully decide their own movement. The smallest change from one dancer immediately affects the others. And here lies the paradox. What appears to take away individual freedom creates a beauty that no individual could ever achieve alone. From that moment onward, the goal is no longer: "A dancer performing beautifully." Instead, it becomes: "A single body moving beautifully." As Individuality Fades, the Feet Become One Voice Once the arms surrender their freedom, the rest of the body must take on a greater responsibility. The entire life of the dance shifts into the feet. Tiny continuous steps. Gentle little hops. Quick but remarkably precise movements. At first, they seem almost simple. There are no spectacular leaps to astonish the audience. No moment allows one dancer to rise above the others. Yet this very simplicity becomes the source of the dance's power. Each step no longer belongs to a single dancer. It belongs to the entire system. One dancer steps. The other three must step with them. One dancer changes the rhythm. The whole structure changes. The beauty of Dance of the Little Swans does not lie in what each dancer can accomplish individually. It lies in their willingness to let go of individuality in order to create a movement greater than themselves. Synchronization Is Not the Goal—It Is the Result Many ensemble dances demand precision. But in Dance of the Little Swans, synchronization carries a deeper meaning. The four dancers do not merely perform the same choreography. They exist within the same structure. Their heads turn together. Their feet land together. The space between them remains almost perfectly constant. Yet the most important point is not that they look alike. It is that they cannot be separated. If they remained four independent individuals, synchronization would simply be a technical skill. But once they become a single shared body, synchronization becomes the very nature of the movement itself. That is why audiences do not see four separate dancers. They see a flock of swans. Tchaikovsky Creates the Breath of a Single Living Creature Remarkably, Tchaikovsky's music follows the very same principle. He does not compose a melody designed for one individual character to shine. Instead, he builds a continuous flow from short, clear, recurring rhythmic figures. The light, crisp, and steady sounds evoke the tiny footsteps of swans gliding across the water. One pulse follows another. One movement grows naturally into the next. The music never divides the four dancers into four separate voices. Instead, it creates a single shared pulse through which they all exist. Just as Ivanov's choreography does, many small elements acquire meaning only when they belong to the same order. The Beauty of No Longer Standing Alone What has made Dance of the Little Swans an enduring image is not technical brilliance. It is a profound artistic idea. An individual can create beauty. But sometimes an even greater beauty appears when the individual becomes part of something larger. The four dancers willingly surrender part of their personal freedom. In return, they gain something that no one could ever create alone. One shared movement. One shared breath. One shared image. More than a century later, audiences do not remember Dance of the Little Swans simply because four dancers performed together. They remember it because, for one fleeting moment, four human beings seem to disappear, making way for a new artistic creature to emerge on stage. And that is the secret behind the unmistakable beauty of this timeless dance.

9 years sober today for my wife, brittany horschel. Amazing to see the transformation over the last 9 years. So proud of her!! 💪❤️ The message I have for anyone who is struggling with addiction is, it’s possible. Millions of ppl have made the choice before you, that they are tired of letting their addiction ruin their life and that they want to live a sober lifestyle now. There’s groups, rehabs, therapists, wherever you live that will help you get sober. But you have to take the first step on the path of sobriety. Wherever I go, I come across people that let me know that they are sober. And they tell me it’s the best decision they ever made for themelves. They are living a healthier lifestyle, enjoying life now more than ever before. It’s amazing to hear their stories and how many days, months, years that they have been sober. So it’s possible! You and only you, can take that first step! Then there will be people willing to take the continuous steps with you after. HorschelFamilyFdtn

I keep watching these ghetto ethnography videos on youtube. I find it really funny how they talk about their hood. They think of themselves as being in micro civil wars with the dudes across the street. They take it really seriously. I'm also struck by how every single aspect of these conflicts is funded by the taxpayer. The housing, food, healthcare (which they consume a lot of), police presence, guns, and drugs are all paid for by the public in one way or another. It's a huge cost all so black guys can pretend to be warriors for land they don't even own.

The 3 F's in our receiving process: Fast. Fluid. Finish. 🔥 Fast — The glove works back to the zone quickly and on time. Fluid — One smooth, connected movement. Let it flow, no breaks. Finish — Finish with authority. A commitment to doing it right every single rep & our loyalty to our pitchers to finish the work they start. I truly wish the world could see where she was last year to now. The growth is unreal. Stefania Abruscato has stepped up in every way behind the plate this year and has fully owned her role. She embodies our catching culture and sets the standard for what it looks like every single time she steps on the field!💪🏽 Proud of this kid.

‼️ZELENSKYY ON THE LATEST RUSSIAN AERIAL ATTACKS: The Russians understand that we will grow stronger. This is their response. There is now funding for domestic production after we unlocked €90 billion from the EU. “Since the beginning of this year, the balance of occupied and de-occupied territories has not been in favor of the Russian Federation. As we said, they were preparing offensive operations at the end of the year 2025. We understand that they are preparing for the similar steps in the year 2026 as well. To sell to their population or feed those narratives in communication with the United States of America that they will win this war. Well, they have nothing to play on now, in my opinion. That's why they started it (massive arial attack). I want to remind everyone. We said that this is an operation that has several steps. This is a continuation of the (Russian) operation that took place in winter: striking at our energy sector and showing that Ukraine can be broken, because they have nothing else to sell on the battlefield. There is no success on the battlefield for Russia. Now we have unlocked the money (€90 billion from EU) This is a reaction, in my opinion, this is the number one reaction to the fact that they understand that Ukraine is not alone. And now there are finances for domestic production. The Russians understand that we will get stronger. As much as they would like to, we will get stronger. And this is how they respond” - Ukrainian President on Sunday, April 26, 2026.

Nicholas Brothers in the 1940 film “Down Argentine Way”. Director Irving Cummings at the time had considered their dancing scene too long. However, it was thanks to dance director Nick Castle - imploring Cummings to the contrary insisting the piece remain uncut with no slice on the cutting room floor. I, for one, imagine unnecessary horror of butchering fine work as theirs. It was tested at the initial screening and rapturously met with thunderous - and incessant applause that they were surprisingly forced to rewind the film for replay. The film was the first in an ongoing series of Latin American themed movies becoming popular in the ‘40s. One of the many things which distinguished this particular performance from their others was the duo were to dance to Latin inspired music fused with American tap dancing. Giving subtle cultural interlay between cultures. The two produce percussive taps to the Latin rhythms with rhythmic - and music note values considerably faster than the very music itself. The precision and clarity of the taps are astounding. Previously the duo danced to developing jazz idioms of the time - but this performance showcasing their ability to dance to any kind of music while making it uniquely their own. From a technical perspective there are several kinds of new inventive steps - and of a novel kind as both display techniques and also variations of these steps from shuffles, to slides, repeated taps with the same foot - which is incredibly difficult to perform. This is why in technical piano playing repeated notes can be a nightmare to execute - but both perform repeated taps with accurate musicality and control making the tap composition flawless. We see side foot taps too where the outer parts of the foot’s edge are used to create taps. This is simply virtuosity. With additional forward flips into splits, and mesmerising floor work, and incredible base strength, and muscular power in leg muscle support. The leaps over the handkerchief directly into the splits are a wonder. This duo could match anything Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire ever did.
