Based on a true incident, the film explores an under-age love story, but with a refreshing twist - the male lead appears to approach the relationship with surprising maturity. #Patang trailer is out. It promises a youthful story set in Hyderabad’s Old City, blending love stories with the vibrant kite-flying frenzy that’s so synonymous with the city. A fresh cast adds to the novelty, and the trailer feels refreshing. Looking forward to watching it this Christmas 👍

Girish AD confirms that Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is a romance film about a couple with an age gap❗ Good decision to acknowledge it and make it part of the story. The synopsis also sounds very interesting.

😨: Assamese Film goes wild, shows Gay couple kissing‼️ This has to be one of the most ‘explicit’ films in the Assamese film industry where the film chose to openly show a gay couple kissing on screen. ‘Satya: The Truth’ - a film directed by Rupjyoti Borthakur, and written by Chandan Talukdar portrays a gay love story. A young ball falls in love with a successful businessman. The film features popular actor Utpal Das along with Rakesh Baruah - who played the role of gay in the film. In this video clip, both of them can be seen in an intimate scene. This comes as an ice-break for the industry as a whole as Assamese Film Industry has always been conservative about the content it shows. While some applaud the makers for taking it up as a bold step, some criticise it because of is ‘too explicit’. On another hand, the film narrates a story to normalise homosexuality in society and that it should not be considered alien but should show acceptance towards the same.

I know the exact reason for the Watergate break-in; it had nothing to do with Nixon and JFK, it had to do with George Bush and Oswald.....!!! Yes. The story IS crazy and true. I spoke with the man who was the backup team that night, sitting in a car with Barry Seal, yes, that Barry Seal. The buglers wanted to steal a 16mm film, what was on that film, would bring down the govt. Joe Rogan Podcast News American Alchemy

There's a powerful new film coming to theaters this Friday, July 3rd — it's called Young Washington. Directed by Jon Erwin (the director behind Jesus Revolution and House Of David), this film takes us back before George Washington became a general, before he became our first president — to the young man wrestling with failure, loss, and his own character on the frontier of colonial America. What is the story before the story? Young Washington explores that. This film is dynamic, engaging, and exciting — and it's the perfect way to head into our nation's 250th birthday with a deeper appreciation for the man who would go on to lead it. It's showing in a theater near you.

The story of Possession is the story of my life. It’s the only film I’ve made that is autobiographical. It says something—and this is the reason I wrote it—about my personal problems as a man with a woman I dearly loved. It’s a film about a breaking up, about the end of a relationship, a marriage. I’m a strong believer in the couple, in marriage, in children. -Andrzej Żuławski

The trailer for Jiří Mádl's new film Vlny/Waves, which centres on events at Czechoslovak Radio during the 1968 Russian invasion, just dropped – and looks really promising. I'm very much looking forward to seeing this in a few weeks at Karlovy Vary IFF!
