At my aunts old Chinese buffet that was located inside of a Howard Johnson, we had an issue with theft. People would come in and enjoy the buffet but we noticed the ones with backpacks and big purses would have ziploc bags and Tupperware in their backpacks and purses. My aunt and uncle are very reasonable people, the price they charge for the buffet is the price customers pay to enjoy it while they are there. No carry out boxes are permitted to take anything home. The restaurant even has a sign that prohibits these items and the sign says to leave them in your hotel room or in your car. When my aunt and uncle left for vacation they had me fill in to run the restaurant for them. I had a group of 6 teenagers come into the restaurant from the hotel. I chit chatted with them being friendly and they said they were in town for a softball tournament. I didn’t seat them, one of the waiters did so I didn’t notice anything strange. But when they all got up to get food they always got huge heaping plates of food, they repeatedly went to get more food. On one occasion I noticed a black backpack tucked into the booth between the seat and the wall. I checked the cameras and yes, they took turns eating and when they thought nobody was looking they would dump the food into a bag in their backpack. I saw a huge plate of crab legs disappear, a plate of crab Rangoon and chicken wings was next. On their way to pay I said something to them. I mentioned I saw what they were doing and to avoid an issues I would be charging them double. I felt that was fair because that was the price of a Togo buffet. They were embarrassed, I was expecting an argument but they said they wanted extra food for when they got hungry at night after their game. I wanted to be lenient and just give it to them but if I did that for one person I would have to do it for all and it would costs the restaurant too much for food costs. But they did end up paying the double price and to be fair to them I did give them each a Togo container since I charged them for it. I told them to dump their food into it and if they had extra room in the Togo box they can grab more food. I managed to diffuse the situation and turned it into something positive, I feel that was more than fair.

Listen to the journalist saying we cannot find him to scrutinise him, but you had Reform on BBC and Sky News nearly every day up until the May election and you never scrutinised them once. This is the same party that was holding a conference nearly every month, so do not tell us you suddenly cannot find them. If you had scrutinised the leader properly about his lame excuses for not holding surgeries on Fridays, maybe you would know where to find him, because most MPs can be found at their surgeries on Fridays. Journalists are taking us for jokes because last I checked Beth Rigby was at every stunt they held and there was no real scrutiny, now very convenient you cannot find them to ask questions. On Thursday last week I drove with my daughters Kigali and they can’t stop talking about it. But here’s how it started: These ladies have been asking for a birthday 🎂 present since June and I kept pushing them forward. I don’t believe in the idea of buying gifts 🎁. So it happened that holiday coming to an end yet I had an urgent church meeting to attend in Kigali. Thursday evening, I go home and tell them pack ur bag 💼. We’re going somewhere. I didn’t tell them where. We set off at 2am and drove slowly. Reached Mbra in the morning nga beebase otulo Tuli: They had never traveled at night such long distances. Woke them up, freshened up, had breakfast 🥞, we hit the road again. (It’s not me who was driving. I can’t drive long distances) From Mbra to ntungamo, to Kabaale and to the Gatuna boarder. I told them pick ur passports line up for clearance. We’re entering another country.😊 RWANDA🇷🇼 They couldn’t believe it. They had never imagined that one can drive from a country to another just like that. After the clearing we entered Rwanda 🇷🇼 and we hired another driver who drove us to Kigali. The girls had never seen cars driving on the LEFT. It was crazy to them. They saw the hills. They saw rocks and all. We reached Kigali at about 5pm. And I told them, Happy Birthday 🎂. This is ur birthday present. The following day we went to visit that Kigali Eco Park and did some fun games. I went for my ministry meeting and made them meet some of my friends. Yesterday evening we set off to return. As we were driving back, I asked them to compare Kigali and Kampala and they started on it as I listened. When all was said : I told them when u go visiting in rich man’s home and u see it clean and awesome, it doesn’t make it urs. Your country is home. It will always be yours however dirty and disorganized it it is. God made u Ugandan for reason. Love ❤️ Uganda 🇺🇬 with its disorder until u grow to make it better. We’re now driving back home.

This is Bob and he has some advice from all his years of experience. This is what not to buy according to Bob. Don’t buy an RV, don’t buy a boat, don’t buy a motorcycle and don’t buy a hot tub. He says they are a waste of money, a lot of upkeep, you never use them as much as you think you will and they have a terrible resale value and depreciate. A lot of people said Bob has had his fun and now he wants to spoil the fun for others. 😂 Many others said they appreciated him sharing his experience and agreed with him. He said if you can’t eat it then you don’t need it. 😂 So in essence, don’t be like Bob. Agree or disagree- I love the way Bob tells a story. 💯 I’ve had a boat, I’ve had a motorcycle, I’ve had a hot tub and I can confirm that I didn’t use them as much as I thought I would and always had issues with them.
