Why does it always take like 1/3 of the video for women to actually start talking about the actual point they’re trying to make

RN 35yrs….. raise your hand if you are an RN or Surgical Technician who works in the OR and you’ve witnessed unhinged ridiculous behavior by a surgeon 🙋‍♀️🙋🏼🙋🏾‍♂️ Not all but far too many get away with outrageous behavior. Definitely not surprised the hospital took him back. I’ve watched a Dr physically assault a nurse and because he brought in a lot of money… The Nurse was fired ….. Some Surgeons develop God Complex syndrome…. They are above us all.

Oh Jen, there are actually like so many unhinged doctors and surgeons as other professionals who have showed many signs and no one reported them when they should’ve been reported. I’m just gonna leave this one here for you: I was a law school grad, studying for/saving up for my $3200 bar prep course while working for the attorney who took this case. Konrath is a complete narcissist and sociopath. So many more things I could say about him left out from this 20/20 special but either I just won’t or I just can’t. IMO, yes he would’ve ABSOLUTELY killed his ex-wife. However, local PD screwed the intervention all up and that’s bc there was a known planned burglary of a closed gas station at that time that they knew about and staked out and they dropped the ball and let it happen anyway. Now we’re talking a very well-planned out murder, crossing multiple counties. And I was the one who found Collier vs. State that absolutely demolished the prosecution’s case for attempted murder. So he was let off for that. His biggest by far charge. He wasn’t even gonna serve anymore jail time after the plea even though the two charges he pled to came with 8 years each but no, he was just placed on house arrest for like a year and a half. Just a bit of house arrest. Then he cut his ankle bracelet and took off to Mexico. No one can tell me that there were not signs of his emotional instability due to his hatred of his ex wife that someone should have reported him for incompetency. Those are the people I want to talk to. He’s been released now and I have no idea where he is but every woman should be terrified of this womanizing, psychopath. Look up him climbing all 7 summits, and one of those, he left a fellow climber behind as he kept climbing bc that climber wasn’t feeling well. He offered no help even though he was a ortho surgeon. Just his ego to keep going. Then was an avalanche and that man died. Only public info given except the fact that I was ultimately the one who found that case law and got him the very very sweet deal that he immediately chose to wreck anyway.

Sadly it’s pretty typical. Been there. If the surgeon makes that hospital a lot of money, the hospital will look the other way.

A faith based non profit hospital should have higher standards. I have a feeling that wasn’t his first interaction with the board over a disciplinary action either!

Listen, this is the standard at most hospitals. I watch a doc have a complete meltdown and bust a chair to pieces and then throwing what was left at a nurse. What did he get? Anger management class. Fast forward many years and many anger management courses later from repeated offenses....punches a nurse in the face! And again, anger management!!! What the actual fuck.

Ok she’s looking at this ALL wrong! If he does go crazy & pews some folks, who are they going to turn-to to operate on the victims? Him! Who gets to bill more and this gets more money? The hospital! &who’s more invested n the victims safe recovery than him? Win/win/win/win😂

Profit over patient goes for most of healthcare. Treatments and meds are predetermined by twats in a meeting w/ zero clinical experience. And the top and bottom lines have nothing to do with health. And definitely not with staff and patient safety from loon surgeons.

Biggest problem? Money over patients and employees? Ummmm, remember Covid??!!!!

Many yrs experience in the OR, try reporting a Dr for anything and the answer is the same “ARE YOU BRING IN THE CASES?, THEN GO BACK TO YOUR JOB !!! “

This is par for the course in US Healthcare unfortunately. I'd guess that every hospital has one of him. Most just have a filter. Surgeons tend to have a god complex.
