Therapy is such a touchy subject, but that mirror/shadow work will set you free✨ Suppressing things will only going to give you back problems in the future ✨

I knew from the first listen Mr. Morale would be a slowly received classic. I’ve been in therapy for 3 years now and the things he’s talked about on the album is truly some of the things we bury deep down in our souls and the back of our minds

People often don't realize that suppressing emotions can have a negative impact on our health.

Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers is the album of understanding and healing down a journey of self reflection and realization. To appreciate that album is to witness the dark side of “The Culture” and what it means to be a part of it as a person broadening horizons.

That's a great way to put it. Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers isn’t just music, it’s therapy in album form. It’s less about easy listening and more about necessary listening. IMO, of course.

Love all Dot albums but Mr Morale is my personal favorite. I can understand why people can't relate to it cause a lot of people lack spiritual depth. The levels that Kendrick went to on that album is truly incredible.

It may not resonate with some people at the moment. However, it’s a great album with some depth.
